We were recommended to visit the Jewel House while in St. Thomas and I am very happy we did. Their select is top notch and everyone on staff is great. It was like catching up with old friends. I purchased a beautiful chain to wear with a name plate I already had and my husband replaced the center stone in my wedding ring that was damaged. They fixed my ring, cleaned and polished it. I didn’t recognize it when we got it back. The chain had to be shipped to me because the length I wanted was not in stock. Deep followed up with me on my purchase making sure I was updated on when it was shipping and tracking. It came FedEx, signature required. I can’t tell you how happy I am with my purchase. We will be purchasing more pieces for the Jewel House! Thank you, Deep!!

While on a cruise we stopped at St. Thomas. My wife, other family members and I were searching for gold jewelry. There were many jewelry stores at our location, but my spirit lead me to the Jewel House. All the employees were very hospitable and patient with us. We met a male employee name Deep, who educated us on the many different colored stones. He also gave us great deals on gold. My wife wanted a particular ring with stones, however they did not have it. Deep advise that he would make the ring and ship it to our home. The ring was crafted and shipped within a few weeks to us. My wife fell in love with the ring Jewel House crafted. All other family members found great deals on quality jewelry. Deep left us with his personal cell number. This is a family business where they can craft jewelry if it’s not available in the store. They have multiple jewelers on the premises. Great people, Great store, and Great prices!

We were casually shopping right before our flight when we stopped in Jewel House. Deep and his staff were so friendly and welcoming. We went in with the intention to just look and came out with the most beautiful diamond ring. They were very knowledgeable and thorough in helping us decide the diamond. Since we were headed to the airport, Deep arranged to have our ring made and delivered at home. The attention they gave throughout the process and the follow up was above and beyond. I would definitely recommend Jewel House to our friends and family and would definitely shop there when we visit St Thomas. Kuddos to Jewel House for the amazing service and the beautiful ring. We my husband and friend were in St. Thomas in 2022. On a day trip into town for some shopping we came across The Jewel House shop. It was there where we had the best experience as far as customizing jewelry, attention detail, and price. The customer service was above and beyond! While there a couple we went with, had a Customize Engagement Drawn up and was later made and sent. We went back to St. Thomas in 2024 of this year for their wedding. The Day before the wedding, we had gone back to The Jewel House, While there I had inquired about the repairs on a wedding ring, I had done at another jeweler, needless to say it was not done properly. I spoke with Kabeer, he was very helpful and attentive to what I was looking for. I had my wedding ring redesigned in white gold and the diamonds from my original wedding ring. So with that I needed another band to wear in the meantime so I bought just a simple small band. My ring arrived about 4 1/2 weeks later and was stunning. We put the two bands together and thought it would look even better with another small band on the other side. I placed a phone call and worked with Deep Who is also was very accommodating and attentive. I sent the first band and my new wedding ring back to The Jewel House and within two weeks time I had all three bands back soldered together. It looks amazing! During this whole process. Customer service was above and beyond they kept in touch, advised on when my ring was being shipped both times along with tracking information. The end result is a beautiful new wedding ring. I can’t say enough awesome things about The Jewel House abd employees at the Havensite mall in St. Thomas.

We’ve been traveling to St. Thomas many times over the years and have visited Jewel House every time. They offer the highest quality jewelry at fair and excellent prices. Beyond that, their unique designs are collector level quality. We live in Florida and have many times reached out to Deep, the owner, for follow up and special delivery. Top shelf shop ! JM
