Aqua Marine Dive Center is a PADI Dive Resort and an SSI, SDI, and NAUI Dive Center, focusing on small group diving and snorkeling trips to over 60 different sites around St. Thomas including beautiful reefs, beginner and advanced wrecks, and amazing walls. We also offer Discover Scuba Diving experiences, dive certifications, and private half and full day boat charters. I was fortunate enough to re-visit Aqua Marine Dive Center again in July of 2021 and had another great experience. Justin, Cora and Quentin were super-attentive, helpful and funny as they guided our group through the crystal-clear waters of some great Caribbean dive sites. I highly recommend Aqua Marine to anyone of any dive experience level!

Booked a private full-day charter with this shop. From start to finish, this group was first-rate! Anna helped get us checked in and geared up and was efficient and helpful. Captain Floyd was entertaining and very knowledgeable. Definitely the kind of guy you want to have a drink with but fully trust his abilities. There were 3 snorkelers and one diver in our group Jess was a great leader for the snorkelers. Knew every fish and also an engaging story teller. Ron was the dive master and simply delightful. Very capable and attentive. Only have about 10 dives under my belt and he was patient but also instilled a lot of confidence. It got a bit windy and had some rough seas but the crew was incredible. Despite some intermittent weather challenges, saw sharks, turtles, ray, and great reefs. They know all the best spots. Highly recommend Aqua Marine Dive Center for diving and snorkeling.

My husband dove (2 dive) with Aqua Marine in the morning and I went along. During his 2 dives, Captain Mike kept me entertained with his knowledge of St Thomas and St Johns. We had such a good time in the morning, my husband and I decided to spend the afternoon snorkeling with Aqua Marine. Between the morning dive and our snorkeling excursion, we decided to get a bite to eat. Anna told us about a great taco place. Since we did not have a rental car, we were able to get a ride to the Taco place from 2 guys who dove with my husband and Anna came to pick us and brought us back to the boat. What great customer service! If you are thinking of diving or snorkeling in St Thomas look up Aqua Marine . You will not be disappointed.

Did a private all day charter for myself, adult daughters and son-in-law. Two divers and two snorkelers. Arrived at 0830, nice boat ready to go with basic snacks and drinks. Crew included Floyd (boat captain), Abby (dive master) and Jess (snorkeling guide). All three were experienced, knowledgeable and fun. They listened to our desires and planned a great trip where we could both snorkel and dive (Shipwreck Cove, Dive Flag, Ledges, and Turtle Cove) with pizza from Pizza Pi in Christmas Cove for lunch. The snorkeling was fun with all types of fish and turtles including an Eagle ray, Jess was an amazing guide in spotting and identifying all the creatures. Our two divers made three unique and interesting dives. Our dive master daughter and Abby had fun discussions. Floyd was a great Captain with great information and stories about the islands. We were well taken care of by this crew. Pricing is clear on website with no hidden fees. Diving and snorkeling costs were very reasonable. We brought our own diving and snorkeling gear and towels. Private charter was worth the price in the age of Covid. Highly recommend!!!

Top notch dive operator that cares about both safety and fun. Ana, Amy, Audrey, Capt Justin and Wolfgang all know their stuff. I dove with them all week and they made an effort not to repeat dive sites for me. They do an excellent dive briefing and along the dive point out all the critters both big and small for photographers like me. I’m a repeat customer, experienced diver and recommend them highly. Marriott Cove peeps often dive there and by talking about where you’re staying you’re able to pool trips to keep cab fares to $10 per person each way.

I don’t do enough diving but they made me so comfortable. Amy was my dive master on day two and she really was fun. She started to make motions and no one could figure out what she was saying. When we got back to the boat she said she was telling us she could hear whales. She was making blow hole hand motions. It was so funny.

Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Jess was our snorkeling guide and you could have sworn she had a PhD in local fish! She knew the name and something interesting about almost every fish or turtle or random marine life that we saw. Justin steered the ship with finesse and called out local history throughout the tour. Amy was phenomenal - guiding a discovery diver through his first dive while ensuring both he and his nervous wife were comfortable through the whole process. Audrey took on the more experienced divers and made sure their dive was memorable. The rum punch at the end of the tour was the perfect way to top off a great day. Would definitely recommend this tour!

Excellent experience with this company; well worth the investment. My buddy and I received our PADI open water dive cert and visited many unbelievable locations throughout our stay on St. Thomas. I was a nervous novice at this time last week, but I'm now considering leaving my past life behind to become a PADI pro with what I've learned from the crew whom we spent so much time with.
I really want to give a shoutout to that crew because they are the reason my time with AMDC was so enjoyable.
Our dive instructor was Audrey; she has thousands of dives in her lungs. Her professionalism shines because she elegantly, effortlessly drills the fundamentals of diving while keeping safety at the forefront of your mind at all times. She wont hesitate to correct any bad habits, and is always looking out for every diver in the water. After a few sessions with her, all you have to worry about is maintaining your buoyancy, trim, propulsion, breathing, and not trying to get on her boat with shoes on(the crew keeps a tight ship).
Cpt. Steve and Cpt. Tom were the best sea-lyfts money could buy, and their enthusiasm and great sense of humor was absolutely contagious.
I can't wait to come back and spend some more time exploring these beautiful carribean waters with these great people.

My wife and I and our young PADI certified sons (10 and 12) had an amazing March 2021 spring break wirh Aqua Marine Dive Shop! Excellent 40 foot depth, 80 degree Fahrenheit, 60+ foot visibility opportunities to see sharks, eagle rays, barracuda, hawksbill turtles, stingrays, and myriad reef fish all within 30 minutes from the marina in no current. Anna, Wolfgang and ESPECIALLY our dive master Audrey created a bespoke trip that made our family feel very well taken care of and created memories of a lifetime. Highly recommend!!!

My husband and I enjoyed diving for 25 years, and our daughter for 10. We realize that everyone has some “bad”dives now & then. My daughter and I had that happen on the first of our two dives, both due to mask problems, our own equipment. Neither one of us wanted to speak up and mess up the dive for the others, so we just put up with not being able to see ( I know, that’s foolish). Also during first dive, Audrey noticed my husband’s air going down and had him buddy breathe off of hers so he would have plenty of air left for his ascent. We’ve never experienced that before either. Anyway, my second dive was perfect, in a borrowed mask. My daughter was more anxious about it all, and had trouble the second time, too. This time Audrey worked with her underwater, even switching masks. It took a couple of minutes, but it all worked out great. The dive site, “Cow” was beautiful, multi colored corral, two turtles, swim through a caverns and a big arch. We don’t recall EVER having a dive master who showed such care, attention and expertise as Audrey! Abby was awesome, too and Floyd, the funny Captain. Thanks, team! We highly recommend this team!

I would like to give my nephew (Mitchell Peck) and his new wife (Anna) scuba lessons for their wedding. They will be at the Frenchman's Reef Resort starting Sunday, May 22, 2016, on their honeymoon for a week. Both are very athletic and good swimmers. Both are 22 yrs old and quite excited at the prospect of learning to dive. I know they need to dive two days before flying back, so my question is two fold: 1) Do you have availability for two beginners somewhere between May 24 and May 27? 2) Do you advise their breaking up the lessons into two days, one day to orient them with masks, breathing etc. and another day for a shore dive, or will you be able to do both in the same day?
If you would please reserve for them the appropriate available times and give me the cost tomorrow for both to get them through an adventurous one tank shore dive I would appreciate it very much. Their wedding shower is Saturday and I would love to give them the proper amount to cover the cost. Thank you!!

I am looking to go diving between July 18th and 23rd in St. Thomas. Interested in myself, wife and son diving 2 dives one morning whereby my wife who has not dove in a while but taken a recent refresher can dive a couple of easy dives, with my son and I staying for 2 additional afternoon dives. My son and I would then be interested in another day of 2 morning and 2 afternoon dives as well as a night dive either that same day or another evening. The three of us have mask, fins, snorkel but would need BC, Regulator, Gauges/Computer rental. We are checking area dive shops for rates and or a package for this. Dates for us could be flexible so if specific days are related to what you can offer please advise. Summary:
Wife = 2 morning dives
Son & Father = 2x2 morning dives, 2x2 afternoon dives, 1 night dive (9 dives each)
We are staying at the Marriott Frenchman's COve and interested also in recommendations for transport to and from your location.

Thank you for your inquiry and interest in Aqua Marine St. Thomas, US VI.
We would love to have you diving with us during your stay in the US Virgin Islands. We offer complimentary transportation and can pick you up from your hotel/villa and bring you to our dive shop/marina every day you dive with us.
We only take 6 divers on the boat at any time. The price for a 2-tank dive tour is $125 and includes pick-up, drop-off and a full set of equipment including weight integrated BCD, dive computer and wet suit. Our boat is well stocked with water, soft drinks, snacks and rum punch to help you relax after your dives. The only thing not included is customary gratuity for the crew.
We actively snorkel/dive over 80 different sites and decide on dive site on the day depending upon on the weather and sea conditions, as they may vary.
We also offer night dives off our dive boat on any given night as long as we have 2 divers. The price for the one tank night dive, which includes a light and everything previously mentioned, is $110 per person.
We offer multiple day packages as well: 3 day dive packets, including 3 x 2 tank dive trip is $350, 4 day dive packets, including 4 x 2 tank dive trip is $450 and 5 day dive packets, including 5 x 2 tank dive trip is $500. You can trade any of your day dives for a night dive. The multiple day dive packages are per person only and can not be shared.
As we tend to fill up quickly, we recommend booking your dives as soon as you know your desired dates to make sure we can accommodate you.
