We hadn't heard much about this beach until I talked to someone next to me at another. What a great find! My husband and I love to snorkel a reasonable swimming distance from the beach. We saw SO MANY sea turtles ( something we just don't see often) , stingrays and conch pulling themselves slowly along the bottom. In addition,... More

Visited Brewers Beach from a cruise ship during the week. We took a Safari bus from the port for $1 each to the UVI campus. Walk up the hill and down and there is the beach. The water is beautiful and there is shade. We went snorkeling. Although there were no coral reefs and not a lot of fish, it... More

We stopped here during a private snorkeling tour with St. Thomas Scuba and Snorkel Adventures. There were very few people here, which was nice. The water was clear and calm. We saw about a dozen sea turtles and a couple of stingrays here.

This is the perfect beach to get away from any of the crowds. The beach is so quiet and calm. Easy to snorkel and hang out in the water. We saw turtles and a sting ray. Our favorite beach besides Magen's! Decent bathroom and free parking. Defiantly worth spending some time there.

Quiet beach mostly visited my locals. Awesome view watching planes land. Great snorkeling, lots of turtles and sting rays.

Brewers Bay was recommended to us by our AirB&B hosts as a great spot for beginning snorkelers. The beach was nice with a few local families here and there. The water was very calm and the beach was not crowded. While there is no reef here, there are lots of Sea grass beds- which means turtles and rays! We saw... More

Tried this beach for snorkeling after reading some reviews. This is more of a local beach than a tourist one next to the University. Weather was a bit overcast and visability was reduced but we still had fun searching close to shore for tons of shells and saw sea turtles out in the grassy areas of the bay. It was... More

One of the prettiest beaches I have ever visited - crystal clear warm waters! Now my number one "go to" beach on St. Thomas!

Brewers Bay Beach is very nice. We did not try snorkeling there but just enjoyed being in the water. The beach is right by the airport so we enjoyed watching the planes take off and land. There weren't very many but when we did see them, it was a treat. There are food trucks that park on the street in... More
