Great Beach

This is a great quiet locals spot. I recommend coming here if you want to get away alone. Lots of little turtles swimming around out in the water. very cool

Tried this beach for snorkeling after reading some reviews. This is more of a local beach than a tourist one next to the University. Weather was a bit overcast and visability was reduced but we still had fun searching close to shore for tons of shells and saw sea turtles out in the grassy areas of the bay. It was... More

One of the prettiest beaches I have ever visited - crystal clear warm waters! Now my number one "go to" beach on St. Thomas!

Brewers Bay Beach is very nice. We did not try snorkeling there but just enjoyed being in the water. The beach is right by the airport so we enjoyed watching the planes take off and land. There weren't very many but when we did see them, it was a treat. There are food trucks that park on the street in... More

This beach offers incredibly blue waters and white sands that one could only dream of. Both tourists and locals sharing the same spot but everyone was so very friendly and easy going. I can't wait to come back to this area and relax, soak in these amazing waters which have great views of Saint Martin and many of the other... More

I found my way to Brewers Beach because it's toward the airport and I needed a beach to hit on my last day on the island before catching my flight. Located within the university grounds, it seems less used. I was able to find on-street parking easily. There is a bath house and a food truck was there when I... More

We went there just to see how clean and populated it was. We did not have swimming gear or anything. Wish we had. the water is beautiful in a south facing bay between the airport jetti and the island. Groomed sand beach. Found LOTS of shells.

Our jeep safari tour stopped on this beach and it was great - as it is a local beach - so not crowded and fairly natural, with crystal clear waters. Also interesting to see the planes land and take off nearby, but not to the point where it is disturbing. The only bad point for us did not relate to... More

This beach can be reached from downtown by taking the safari one-dollar bus to the University of Virgin Islands and then just walking up over the hill. A few locals will be hanging around and there is generally a food and beverage truck there. The water is clear, since the beach is well protected by the airport runway. It is... More

The beach had just a handful of locals and our little group of 4. It was fantastic! The water was so clear and amazing, the white sandy beach was all ours and like a dream come true! It was the perfect excursion! There is also public bathrooms, outside showers and a local food truck that sell food, drinks and beer.
