We booked ICBW Transportation to take us to Megan’s Bay on our recent Disney Cruise! We needed transportation to accommodate my grandson’s wheelchair. Not only was Atanya able to do that, she also booked us a second vehicle (Cadillac Escalade) to transport the remainder of our party. There were 10 of us in total. Larry was the driver for the accessible vehicle and he was fantastic! He was kind and informative and we totally enjoyed the trip! The other driver was great as well, but I am not sure of his name! But he was very patient with all of my grandsons!! Thank you for a great day!

My family and I google-searched for ADA accessible transportation from our cruise port to Magens Bay Beach and, luckily, found ICBW Transportation.
Larry (the owner) was so kind, helpful, and informative—giving us a USVI history lesson and cool background info on our way to the beach. Serendipitously, he also attended college in my hometown in Cincinnati, Ohio!
I highly recommend ICBW Transportation if you’re looking for safe, knowledgeable, and friendly transport. Definitely a 10/10!

We have used ICBW three times now in St Thomas and they are great to work with. Thank you Atanya and Larry for providing excellent accessible services. You provide a valuable service at a reasonble price to allow those with physical needs the ablility to see your beautiful island.

Hubby and I have a goal to visit all the US National Parks. He is a quadriplegic who uses a manual wheelchair, so we needed reliable and accessible (van with a ramp or lift) transport to get us from our cruise ship in St Thomas to the ferry terminal so we could get to St John for the US Virgin Island National Park, and pick us up and return us to the ship a couple hours later.
Not only did Larry do this, but was also able to squeeze in a 60-90 minute tour of the highlights and beauty of St Thomas! He was happy to customize our day into exactly what we needed and wanted for our experience.
He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and just delightful to have a conversation with. He gave us the history of the island and talked about differences of living in a US territory vs the states. His wife (Atonya) was also very pleasant and helpful in coordinating the reservation, calling me the morning of the ride and talking us to where we needed to meet the van.
We were both very impressed and truly delighted with our experience. If we ever go back we will definitely be calling them again!

Nothing but praise for this family run business. Starting with Atanya who helped to fit our 4 hour tour in between other reservations that had been made prior to us. Larry is an incredible host, driver, guide etc as he takes you around his St Thomas and to the places you want to go. For a family of five, with one in a wheelchair, we all were able to ride comfortably and had a great time. Thank you. Book in advance.

We just used this service and they were wonderful. Larry picked us up near the cruise terminal. He was alot of fun and great to talk with. He took great care of us and made a couple of stops along the way for photo opportunities at scenic overlooks. Being able to take our mobility scooter onto their van with ramp was an added bonus and made it much easier for us to go to the beach. This is a great service. I highly recommend them and will use them again the next time we are in St. Thomas.

I was taking a cruise that included a stop at St. Thomas. I booked a tour with ICBW because of the good reviews. I have serious mobility issues and use a large scooter. Before and after booking, Atanya was a pleasure. She patiently answered my 10,001 questions. She made sure I had Larry's phone number and told me to make sure to call him as soon as I got off the ship. I got off early and called him. He was a few minutes away and got there before the agreed upon time, which I appreciated. Atanya had told me that I may be able to bring someone else. I met up with friends on the ship and asked Larry if they could join us. He agreed. One of my friends is in an electric wheelchair. Larry was able to get both into his van.
I had asked for an overview of St. Thomas, with stops at the most famous overlooks. Other than that, I was pretty flexible. Larry took us all over the island, stopping several places for pictures. He also was so responsive. When I mentioned a friend really likes hot sauce, he took me to a wonderful source. When I asked about tableclothes, a gift for a family member, Larry took us to a nice store, and even had the shopkeeper come out to the car as we were really tired at that point.
Larry and Atanya have great attitudes and are so customer focused. I couldn't recommend ICBW more highly. They made my trip to St. Thomas memorable.

We originally booked a tour through the ship, but they canceled us about a month before our sailing. I went on Trip Advisor to find a handicapped accessible vehicle. We were so lucky! We saw amazing reviews for this one transportation company so we booked it. Antanaya, from ICBW transportation was amazing and I see why everyone raved about the company. Not only did she take good care of David making sure he was safe, she made sure we were all having a great time. She took us to see amazing views at Paradise Point and Crown Mountain and made sure David could get out and participate at all the sights. We were really high up. What an amazing experience.

Our cruise stopped in St-Thomas on January 22nd. Being a paraplegic in a wheelchair, we booked accessible transportation ICBW TRANSPORTATION to get to the beautiful Magens Bay Beach. Our stop was super pleasant thanks to Atanya who answered all our questions even if our English is very bad. She is a charming ambassador for her country. After the beach, she showed us around her favorite spots. Thank you Atanya for caring about providing wheelchair accessible transportation. Jack and Michelle from Canada

This was an organised trip offered by SAGE especially for a wheelchair user to take us to the beach. We were met at the cruise terminal by a very smart young lady and a equally smart vehicle, the best we had in the Caribbean. Although we were just booked for the beach she asked if we would like to visit the high point on the island which was well worthwhile. We then went to the beach where we told there may be a water wheelchair available but to our surprise she had arranged for it to be waiting for us and we were taken to the part of the beach especially designed for wheelchair users. we had a fantastic day and spent hours in the water swimming with the turtles just of the beach. Fantastic trip and a great driver

We are coming in on a cruise and the cruise does not offer accommodation for wheelchair excursions. We would like to visit the shops and go to the beach that has beach wheelchairs. Is your firm able to assist us with that?
