Great Beach! You can rent umbrellas, there are wave runners and other activities available at Rainbow Beach. There is a restaurant nearby to get some food. This is probably the most active beach we visited while staying in St. Croix.

The part of the beach I visited was fine. small. clean and not crowded. The beach next to Rhythms is usually crowded on the weekends. Lots of action, people (younger) and music. If you are looking for solitude - not the spot, especially on the...More

Shelling and looking for pieces of Chaney. Snorkling or walking the beach. Eating at the restaurant. Make a day of this beautiful spot. Make new friends or just sit on the beach and watch the waves roll in.

The Beach is small and crowded. The price for 2 lounge chairs and umbrella $30.00 is higher then prices at the much better beaches on other Caribbean islands, considering the size and quality of umbrella- it even doesn’t give you a shade for 2 persons....More

Relax with your family on this quiet, sandy beach with crystal clear water. Put up an umbrella and just sink into the scenery of STX

If you love swimming and snorkeling this beach is for you. Tons of different types of fish to see. Nice sandy beach and a restaurant with live music on Sundays.

I think there are plenty of sandy places to enter the water at Rainbow Beach without water shoes. There are rocks on the ends of the beach, which were there long before Maria. The only place where I have ever worn water... More

There’s no drop off to speak of into the water. I’d recommend taking the shuttle bus which runs between the cruise ship entrance and the beach. I believe it’s less than $10 one way.
