I have been visiting both on line and in person for many years. Absolutely love their jewelry and now my adult daughter is a huge fan as well. The designs are unique and each piece is meaningful and special to me. Customer service top notch!

We visit IB Designs every time we are in St Croix. The quality and the styling of their jewelry is unmatchable. I have many of their bracelets that I have worn for years, every day, and they are still as beautiful as the day I bought them.
This last year I brought my daughters ring which had been somewhat crushed by a machine. The quality is so good that it saved my daughters finger!!! They fixed it for a nominal fee and mailed it back.

First of all, the jewelry is absolutely gorgeous! The store has a wonderful boutique yet quaint island vibe-Caribbean chic! Kimberly was very friendly and inviting. I always buy silver jewelry, but this trip I decided to splurge on a gold ring. I was a bit hesitant at choosing a size as my fingers swell at times. Kimberly went above and beyond helping me to decide, and I am so happy to say it's perfect! My size was not in stock, but it soon arrived at home exactly when Kimberly said it would. I can't wait to visit the store again my next trip, and maybe buy something online before then...

Each time we stay on St. Croix, visting IB Designs is a must. Every piece of jewelry I have ever purchased has been a joy to own and wear. I have also ordered online from their website and felt the same personal attention was given to me because of the fast, careful shipping and hand written note enclosed with my piece.

If you have an opportunity to visit St Croix a stop at IB Designs is a must. Their handmade jewelry is beautiful. My favorite is the ball and link chain and I receive so many compliments when I wear it. Look for them on Facebook and Instagram to see what they offer for yourself. You won’t be disappointed

Saw the silver loveknot earings online prior to my visit to St. Croix, and put them on my list of 'haves' while I was there on the island. Loved the little boutique shop. Loved the friendly, professional service. Loved the personally made earrings that were shipped directly to my home in Florida. I would definitely visit and purchase from ib designs again when I return.

I was eager to find my first IB bracelet after seeing others wearing theirs around St. Croix. We went into the store and were immediately greeted by all who worked there. Given the small store, I was amazed at the wide ranging selection and, in truth, had a challenging time choosing! I found the bracelet for me, but my size wasn't available, unfortunately. "That's okay, we'll make you one and mail it to you," I was told and sure enough, it arrived today. I couldn't be happier! Thank you!!

We absolutely loved IB Designs. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous, and the jewelry is stunning! They were very patient and helpful with sizing, and shipped our items that were custom ordered as quoted. Great follow up.

I have shopped in person (when I’m so lucky to be on island) and online for bracelets at ibdesigns. Every time, I’ve gotten amazing, beautiful and unique jewelry. And the designers/owners are truly great! It is a must stop when I visit!

I purchased a bracelet while visiting St. Croix and the size was too big for my wrist...I reached out to ib Designs to have the bracelet returned for a smaller size...the lady that assisted provided all the instructions on how I could get it back to them in exchange for a smaller size. Within 1 week of returning it I received the perfect size.
