I was excited to jump back into the water after 14 years. I paid the extra free for a refresher course because I had a feeling I’d sink to the bottom of the ocean without it. At first I didn’t think the refresher was worth it because the team had all the gear set up for me (and that’s what I wanted to relearn). Of course communication was all it took to solve the problem. The team let me unhook all my gear and re set it up myself... never did I feel under pressure to hurry up. I also asked my instructor Bret if I was breathing to hard and if my air ran out too fast. The next day he added 200lbs of air to my tank so I was comfortable. It was such an amazing experience. It felt like just like riding on a bike, picked it up effortlessly. I’m giving the crew team all the credit for that. I felt safe the entire time, even with sharks swimming and eating lion fish around me. Anytime I felt unhappy they fixed it. My expectation of the availability of water on the boat was an endless supply. They served cups of water and I normally drink a gallon a day. Again, communication fixed this. They gave me as much as I needed, I just had to ask. Thanks Dive Experience for an amazing two days! Besides having the best costumer service ever individually, the team works together also!! I wouldn’t recommend another place because these guys have my customer loyalty.

I spent last summer on Saint Croix working and diving. I went to three different dive shops. They were all good places in their own way, but Dive Experience was different. Owner Michelle is amazing, as is Sam, Brett and Jay.
I received my Advanced Diver and Jay was extremely thorough and clear in his instruction. The PADI online work is, in my opinion, is very flawed but Jay made the concepts that were treated poorly online, come to life in a real and concrete manner. I also appreciated Jay's sense of humor and his love of diving is obvious and infectious.
Sam is a great diver and videographer. He peppered his time with me with interesting history of the island and how divers become better, more confident in the water.
Brett was great as well, and has a calming demeanor that was extremely important for any new diver. He is patient and communicated in a really great way.
Michelle, thank you. Diving with you and your crew is amazing. Your support throughout was invaluable. It is always such a pleasure to come down and see you and the guys.

We had the most AMAZING TIME on our Discovery Dive, and did NOT need to be certified divers! We were a family of 5 who have been wanting to experience diving for years, however we are not yet certified. We met Shane earlier in the week who shared he could take us on a “Discovery Dive” which is a dive of no more than 40 feet and would go through necessary training prior. Shane was our main diving guide but we also had the pleasure of sharing the day with Brett, Sam, and Bob who were the best crew ever! They were extremely patient with us, made us feel safe, comfortable, confident, and most importantly had so much fun together. They were very knowledgeable in the sea life and the area of St. Croix. Shane was a fantastic guide under water, pointing out rare sea life while keeping close and making us feel safe. He also shared pictures and videos from our experience, which we will cherish forever. DO NOT miss out on this experience, the underwater life is nothing I could have imagined!

Terrible customer service and terrible products. Bought a "brand new" pair of flip flops for $60, and fell apart after wearing for 20 minutes on the boardwalk. Turns out after looking they were heavily used and fell apart, super glued together and they fell apart. I assumed someone just took them off and traded them for a new pair. Then realized someone who works there had put a brand new tag on them. Pay attention to their inventory, look at their wall of flip flops. You'll find heavily used and destroyed items in their store with a new price tag. I'd give a 0 star if it will would let me due to customer service. Brought them back within the hour and was told "no, you didn't buy these here". Can't say anything about their diving experiences but as far as purchasing anything there, don't do it. There's much better options within a 5 minute walk

I came into work and saw the sandals you purchased. They had dry rot they were not sandals glued and resold. I have reached out to you Tyler to come into the store an get a new pair of sandals. I found that the size you purchase were all dry rotted and company is replacing them for us. I wish I could have been there when you returned them. So please come by so I can give you a new pair of sandals

My boyfriend has been diving for 15 years and I have been diving for 1 year. This was hands down the best dive we have ever had. We got to see an incredible deep wall with lots of vibrant coral for our first dive.
The second dive there were more turtles than you can count, then our dive master fed a lion fish to a shark about 10 feet in front of us!! I highly recommend this dive shop to anyone novice or experienced. They are conveniently located on the Christiansted boardwalk a short 15 minute walk from the St. Thomas to St. Croix ferry.

I did the SCUBA Open Water Certification with my two teen sons during our Christmas vacation 2019. Dive Experience St. Croix was an awesome experience for all three of us! Jay and Sam did the majority of our training, and were super nice, informed and patient. We loved doing the confined water training in a calm part of the bay as opposed to a pool. More to see and more like the real diving environment. Our open water dives were fun, with lots to see (turtles, dolphins, reef shark, eel, barracuda, etc.) and Jay was helpful to the boys when they had trouble equalizing and very enthusiastic when we completed each test. Although we spent less time with Michelle and Brett, they were also very cool and supportive. All the staff seem to be friends, which makes for a nice environment on the boat and in the shop. We will dive with Dive Experience St. Croix if we return to the island, and would highly recommend them to anyone visiting St. Croix.

An incredible place to dive with the most amazing staff and crew I have ever dove with. Michelle, Sam, Brett, and Stanley are fantastic hosts and dive guides, their knowledge and professionalism is second to none.
Fantastic dive shop with a large selection of gear, apparel, and beautiful local art work.
The dive sites are beautiful, full of fish and coral, and there is plenty to see for everyone regardless if you like to see the little things or the big things!!
I can't wait to go back!!

We did the discover dive experience with Shane and his team. It was one of the best experiences we’ve had. Without having any prior knowledge in diving, Shane made us feel comfortable and relaxed and made the experience very memorable. We will definitely be getting certified soon. We loved it. Highly recommend dive experience for anyone traveling to st croix.

I did three days of diving with this outfitter and had a great... dive experience! Sam and Michelle run a quality operation and were always on time and well prepared for the days dives. My rental equipment was in great condition and fully operational.
I also did my AOW certification during a couple of the days. My instructor and divemaster for all dives was Shane Craig, and I cannot say enough about the guy. Super friendly while maintaining a focus on safety, organization, and fun! His knowledge of the sport and local environment was incredible. I watched him manage a few underwater issues with newbie divers and he did a great job keeping them safe and the rest of us informed. I wish I could bring him along for all my future dives!

One of the best dive shops I have ever dived with. Could not have asked for a better 4 days of diving. They were extremely knowledgeable and caring people. Made sure every dive was a worthwhile. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to dive St. Croix
