My son and I went diving with Aqua TCI, Oats was our Dive Master. The trips, crew, boat and gear were amazing. This was the only dive trip that had an emergency air source 15 feet below the water for safety. They also had two safety stop bars to hold onto at 15 feet, which made it very easy, and safe, to do safety stops. They offered a complete package of dive options, many people rented their dive gear, which was modern, high quality, clean and well maintained.
My son and I left our dive gear with them after our first trip. When we returned for our second trip, they had washed all the gear, dried it and loaded it onto the boat – even setup the BCD and regulators so we were ready to go.
The dive crew was friendly, funny, informational and proud of their service. They were always polite, respectable and engaged with the divers. The dive parties were small and Oats took the time to make sure everyone was prepared for the dive by reviewing the dive plan, hand signals and going over the procedures for entering and exiting the boat. They also reviewed all the emergency procedures in the event anything had gone wrong, which nothing did, but it was a good refresher. They took the time to do the little things well, even sprayed our masks with defogger. I appreciated the fresh water rinse for the camera and flashlight.
The boat was clean, well maintained, setup for easy diving and provided plenty of room for all gear and personal belongings. I have been diving for 5-6 years now and this was the best boat that I have gone diving from. Even the dock was clean and setup for easy transition on and off of the boat.
The administration was very easy to work with, answered all my questions and took the time to talk to me on the phone 2-3 times.
We had a great time at the dive sites, we were the only boat in the area most times and wildlife we saw was amazing. They choose sites with great views but also sites that were calm water with almost zero waves.
I would highly recommend Aqua TCI – exceptional team and I plan on going back to Turks and Caicos, specifically to dive with them again.

I just completed 8 days of diving and some Specialty Classes with Aqua TCI. It was an amazing experience from beginning to end and absolutely exceeded all of my expectations. The scheduling/intake is prompt, thoughtful, and thorough, the boats and equipment are top notch, impeccably maintained and always spotless. The operators are the best I have experienced. Stephanie and Bill are truly best in class. They were attentive and responsive, and there wasn’t a single detail overlooked. The crew handled beginners to experts without missing a beat, always being sensitive to the unique needs of varying levels of experience. Safety was a distinct priority and boat/dive briefings reflected this. The entire crew was continuously focused on safety and learning/teaching, always offering a helping hand, an assist, some feedback to make you more confident and comfortable, or something just to make you smile and relax. The classes were great and the level of guidance/instruction was without equal in my experience.
I simply cannot recommend Aqua TCI strongly enough. I have been to TCI a number of times and have utilized other Dive Operators. I have also done diving trips in several other parts of the world. I can honestly say that Aqua TCI is the rare operator that truly delivers a less crowded, high touch, full service experience, and doesn’t just use these phrases as part of their marketing materials.
I simply cannot recommend Aqua TCI strongly enough. I have been to TCI a number of times and have utilized other Dive Operators. I have also done diving trips in several other parts of the world. I can honestly say that Aqua TCI is the rare operator that truly delivers a less crowded, high touch, full service experience, and doesn’t just use these phrases as part of their marketing materials.

This was my third trip to Turks & Caicos and second time using Aqua TCI.
All the Aqua TCI staff are super friendly and very professional, ensuring you get the best out of your time spent with them. Aqua TCI limits the number of divers they take on each boat, creating a more personal experience, and I felt very safe in their hands. Some other dive companies have a much higher ratio of dive masters to divers, but Aqua TCI’s smaller groups really make a difference.
This trip, we explored some fantastic new dive sites, where we encountered a wide array of marine life. From large rays and sharks up close to lobsters, eels, and other incredible marine life, the underwater experience was absolutely unforgettable. The team at Aqua TCI made sure everything ran smoothly, and their attention to detail gave me confidence throughout the dives.
When I return to Turks & Caicos (which I hope will be soon), I’ll definitely use Aqua TCI again. Their commitment to quality and personal service makes them stand out in the best way!

This was our first time diving with Aqua TCI and they met and exceeded our expectations. We had a beautiful ride out to Northwest Point. Crew was knowledgeable, friendly and very attentive. I experienced a problem with my regulator ( my own equipment not their rental) which they worked at fixing and finally loaned me one of theirs so I could complete my dive. I would highly recommend diving with Aqua TCI and we will certainly use this company again in the future.

This is a first class diving operation. Everyone from the owners, to the guides to the boat captain went out of their way to make this a great diving experience. The rental equipment was well maintained and the boat laid-out in a diver friendly way. It was great seeing Art Pickering again. Take it for what it's worth: I have over 50 years of diving experience with 10 of it being in Provo. This is an operation that does it right. You won't find one better. It was nice not being in a "follow the leader" tight group structure. You were allowed to wander a reasonable distance from the guide after you showed competence.
The marine life and coral was outstanding with dolphins, sharks, rays, 'cuda and other marine life. The reefs around Provo are some of the best I've ever dived.

After being ghosted by another local dive shop I contacted Aqua TCI and boy am I happy I did. Aqua TCI is responsive, professional, personable and very safety oriented. I am a senior diver with 60 dives and they were more than happy to help me. I did two consecutive days of nitrox diving. On the second day of diving we went to West Caicos and dove the Sanbore Channel. It was the best dive I have ever done with tons of sponges, reef sharks, beautiful corals and lots of fish! I love the fact that there is a small group of divers and I got personal attention. The number of repeat customers and families speaks volumes about their operation. I am looking forward to the next time I get to go diving with Bill and Stephanie. Well done guys!

Thank you to Captain Art, Ali and our Dive Master for a lovely day at NW Point. The boat is very comfortable and the rental equipment was in excellent condition. There were 12 divers on the boat which is a nice size group. The Crew were organized and we enjoyed getting to the dive site before all the other boats. The visibility was great and the marine life plenty. There were lots of turtles, caribbean reef sharks, an eel, puffer fish, barracuda, grouper, lobster, crap, rays and variety of tropical fish. It was so nice to see a healthy reef. The reef looks better than ever. Thank You for a wonderday day.

I first dove with Aqua TCI 10 years ago with my wife and children, ages 12 & 13 at that time - and have returned each time we travel to Provo. 40 dives later, I remain a devoted customer due to their professionalism, expertise, and tremendous customer service.
I am always impressed with Stephanie, Bill, and their crews' ability to cater service to all levels of dive experience. Their team is pitch perfect with first timers or those with tons of experience. Their boats take small groups - usually 5 -8 divers, so the attention to details and individuals is great.
Diving with them on the wall is always fantastic, with lots of sea life. On our most recent dive in early June, we saw sharks, turtles, dolphins, several octopuses (thank you Oats!), rays, & tons of beautiful reef fish.
I look forward to our next trip to Turks and Caicos and diving with this great operation again!

I have just returned from Providenciales where I did 6 wonderful 2 dive days with Aqua TCI. I booked with Stephanie and Ali with absolutely no problems. The dive boat captains Bill, Art, and Mauro were excellent throughout all the dives and their professionalism and attention to detail was second to none. The boats are all in the best of condition and maintenance. The dive leaders Oats, Bill, Mauro, and Matthew all know the dive sites extremely well and are excellent at pointing out the wonders of the reefs and walls. All personnel on the boats help you in every way possible and they all contribute to making your dives safe and enjoyable. If you bring your own gear Aqua takes excellent care of it from day one until you take it with you afterwards.
I have gone diving with Aqua TCI many times now and I have always been made to feel at home. All Aqua personnel are pleasantly friendly, knowledgeable, and above all else professional. Great staff, timely responses, and same great service as we have had in the past with AquaTCI. They do not over crowd the boats and they are very safety conscious. They pick great spots based on weather, winds, and tides. 10/10 recommend diving with these folks.

Hello! Do you have to know how to swim to scuba dive or snorkel?

Hi, To scuba dive you do need to be able to swim, for your comfort and for safety reasons... Again with snorkeling it is best that you can swim and we would always recommend this.
You do not need to be an Olympic level swimmer or anything! Just enough to be safe.....

Does the cost of your half day and full day trips include the gear as well ? Or is all of that extra ? I have my mask, fins and snorkel ....

Hi the prices on the website for our 2 and 3 tank dives is excluding the equipment and 12% government tax but the Private Charter prices are inclusive of equipment but excludes the government tax. A full set of equipment, ie 3 items or more is $30 per day plus tax.

HI There! No you do not need to be certified to dive.
You can either complete your certification course with us and there are a few different methods, or if you do not want to complete a certification course you can do a Resort dive (Discover Scuba Diving), which is an experience not a certification.

Hi Matteo, our Discover Scuba Diving (DSD) experience is for non certified dividers and is a way for you to experience the wonderful underwater world we have here in a safe and controlled manner with an instructor and depth restricted to 40ft.
The cost of this experience is $299 per person based on 2 or more and is a fully inclusive cost. Ie it includes the instruction,the equipment and the dives.

Hi Todd, yes we are happy to confirm that our rates have not increased so a 1 day, 2 tank dive is $145 plus 12% government taxes.We do also offer discounts for multi day diving and if you are looking for this please do drop us an email and we can answer you more fully.
We are lucky that we see the cool creatures ie sharks, rays and turtles year round and we do not need to operate a specific shark dive to be able to see these amazing animals.......

Hola Christina, if you do not have your diving certification you can still dive by participating in a Resort Course (also know as Discover Scuba Diving)
Learn to dive today –A briefing is given which covers the principles of diving, equipment and some basic skills with one of our friendly and experienced instructors. There is then some skill practice at a shallow depth on a one to one basis designed to help make you feel more comfortable breathing underwater. Once this is complete you then continue on your first of two shallow dives from the boat, within arms reach of your instructor.

Hi, we are very lucky to have great diving all year round!
The winter months see cooler water and it can be windier but we do get migrating humpback whales January to March too!
The summer months the water is warmer, but the visibility can be a little less than winter...
It really depends on what you want as to when the best time to come is! We love it all year round!!!!
