A bit hard to find because you have to go in a road that appears to be marked private but isn't really. You have to park on the road and walk in a ways. The beach is absolutely beautiful with lots of sun bathers. On the other side of the island from Grace Bay so should get very nice sunsets.

I loved Taylor Bay so much. There was zero wind and few people. The water was warm and you can walk about 600 feet before it even comes up to your waist. We spent every day here. We felt safe leaving our car at the trail head. You do need to pack in your own food and drinks. There is... More

We found this little beach as we were driving around the island...it's a little out of the way, but there is a designated path to the beach. The water is so calm and enticing -- you can walk out several hundred feet and still only be up to your ankles. A perfect place for little kids!

Calm and not crowded. Very shallow water, not conducive to swimming. Nice to hang out if you are staying nearby. Would be great for little kids.

Visited twice during our trip, when Grace Bay water was too rough for the kids. This place is off the charts beautiful...kids were in heaven, snorkeling around and seeing little fish, in calm warm water. No ammenities and no shade. Parking is a bit of a challenge. Get directions from someone who knows the area,

Beautiful beach similar to what you would see in your best dreams! Soft, talcum powder sand. Very small waves like what you would find in a pool. Gin-clear water. Shallow for 100 yards out - perfect for small children or those who just want to chill out. Not a good place for snorkeling - but if you do have gear... More

Short walk from the road with limited parking. This beach is protected so the water is calm (and very shallow). You can walk out 30 yards and sit in the water. No shade here, so you better bring your own. Behind the beach are many private villas; be respectful.

If you like a tucked away spot and don't mind a short walk, this is it. The parking on the street is very limited - about 8 vehicles. You walk by construction but we didn't hear it once on the beach. There were probably 15 other groups on the beach but it didn't feel crowded. Loved, loved, loved the water.... More

The shallow water allows you to walk out about 700 meters from shore, see schools of fish without a snorkel, and allows children the freedom to play in the water without fear of getting knocked over by waves. Obviously children still need to be supervised, but they are able to find stunning shells, sand dollars, fish and conch's in the... More
