With very quiet acres of sand, hard to find, no amenities, no decent parking one would think this beach wasn't worth one time. But, once you've seen the simply clear ocean water, the flour soft sand, and walk for hundreds of feet and still only be chest deep you realize that it is well worth the effort. The colors of... Very small compared to Grace Bay , difficult to access and will need a car. Don't know if they will have a proper access as a building works at present and this might stop access in the future.

I want to tell you how awful Taylor Bay is and that you should just enjoy Grace Bay, but I'd be lying! It is the most beautiful beach that I have ever seen. We stayed in Villa Blanca on Taylor Bay and it was 100% the right choice. When we saw Grace Bay I couldn't wait to get back to... More

This beach was amazing although a little difficult to find. The entrance is right at a home construction site. The sand was even better than Grace Bay. I walked out a good 1/4 mile and the water was still barely past my waist. This would be the perfect beach for families with small children. The water was much calmer than... More

Taylor Bay beach is small compared to other beaches we visited. If you are staying in Grace Bay, you will need a car to access this area. The water is very shallow for a long distance. The sand is soft and there is little in the way of shells, grass, fish or coral. This would be a nice safe beach... More

This amazing beach, with fantastic clear and shallow water, is surrounded by private homes and thus is hard to find. As of the time we visited, take Chalk Sound Drive and turn L onto Ocean Point Drive. About half-way along, you will see a construction site on your R. Take the path on the W side of the construction site... More

This beach was incredibly shallow for miles! Great place to have a pool float and hang out if Grace Bay is too rough.

Like many of the other reviews said - the water is very shallow for a long way, so it was great for our almost two year old to walk in. Also great to just get on a float and ride the waves. Not much to see -- but so incredibly relaxing. Take water and chairs & shade if you're the... More

While the bay is till very pretty, parking has become a complete nightmare and the construction of a huge house is ridiculous. Lots of tow away signs now and probably won't be long until more are posted. It's a shame that the community isn't more accommodating. Access has now been limited but you can still reach the beach next to... More

Due to the location, it's getting to be a challenge to enjoy Taylor Bay. There is a new property being built that has essential blocked parking spaces for vehicles. We didn't park on the road because we didn't want to prohibit residents from driving down their street. Therefore we skipped Taylor Bay this trip. Worth the walk if you do... More
