I went to the Casino with my daughter and my parents. They are expert gamblers, but I had no idea what I was doing. The people running the tables were very kind and helped to explain the rules. We went before dinner when they just opened so there were not a lot of players. I don't think we won any money, but we didn't lose any either so overall a great experience with a very friendly staff. I highly recommend going while in Turks.

Tightest slots I’ve ever encountered. Played all evening and didn’t see anyone having a good night. Blackjack hosts are amazing tho. I’d only visit again to play table games.

The Casablanca Casino is small but serviceable. Key points would be as follows:

Security: We felt perfectly safe here. The crowd is a mix of tourists and locals, all of whom were entirely friendly and the opposite of a "rough" crowd, as some other commenters have implied (they may be confusing "rough" with "of a different race from me"). The metal detector in front made me feel more secure, not less.

Smoking and Drinking: Drinks are free for players, and they have a good selection (e.g., bottles of Heineken, Turks Amber (the local brew) and other non-cheap beer, etc). Unfortunately, smoking is permitted - the level of smokiness is generally comparable to a U.S. casino that allows smoking.

Gambling: Serious gamblers are unlikely to be fully satisfied, but the offerings are very respectable for an establishment of this nature.

There are approximately 6 blackjack tables (8 deck shoes (I think; perhaps 6), dealer hits soft 17, dealer checks for blackjack, no surrender, double on any two cards and double after split allowed, no re-splitting aces, resplit to at least 4 hands maybe more...never got that far)), with limits of $10-$500 or $25-$1,000.

There is one $5 minimum craps table with "full double" odds (the best deal available is if you do a $15 line bet, you can do $30 odds on 4,5,9,10 and $50 on 6,8). Otherwise stingy craps rules in terms of odds available on field bets, hardways, pay vig upfront on buy bets, etc). Also, they staff the table as leanly as possible, sometimes with a single dealer serving as both stick, box, and croupier, which can slow down play somewhat.

Roulette: Did not play, but there were two tables and I believe they were single zero.

There are a few carnival games available (three card poker and perhaps a couple others). There is no baccarat, and there are slots although I did not pay much attention to how many or what they were.

The Dealers ranged from being highly competent to mildly incompetent - not too different from the mix at an average U.S. casino.

This place was filled with sharks. All of the workers watch you at the machines if you start winning, they give you a “10 hot slot” ticket that makes your machine stop winning. Every worker there is in on it! I started to wonder if the 3 people playing were real or plants. STAY AWAY!

We had a great time here. It is small, that's true, but there are $5 tables and roulette is a $1 minimum. We took our 18 year old son and his girlfriend and all of us had a lot of fun. It wasn't very busy when we went, so we were able to ask the people running the craps table to give us an overview how to play. Our black jack dealer was EXCELLENT - I wish I got his name. He was a very good teacher. I finally can play now that I understand. I appreciated his help immensely.

As others said, this is a small casino with 1 caps table, 2 roulette tables, a few blackjack tables, then maybe 50 slot machines (guessing). However, we had a blast when we went last night. Most importantly, we felt very safe gambling and the games are on the up and up - as opposed to my experiences on other islands, such as DR. The casino offers a free shuttle to your hotel and back if you stay in Grace Bay, regardless of much money you spend. The workers are just soooo nice and friendly. My wife has never gambled before and was obviously nervous, a nice gentleman comes up to her and tells her there is no pressure to gamble and she is welcome to just hang out. He actually said "keep your money if you don't think you will have fun". I'm not experienced either and everyone went of their way to explain the rules of craps and just made you feel welcomed. We left after two hours when I was up $100 on craps and $115 on slots - my wife won $10 on blackjack and lost $20 on slots. Another great thing is that table minimums are between $1 (roulette) and $5/$10 blackjack. Just had a great time and glad we went.

My wife and I visited Provo for a few days and spent most nights at The Casablanca Casino. I enjoyed being able to play on a $5 Black Jack table until 9pm. My wife played slots, and she enjoyed the Wizard of Oz the most. Each night at 9pm they played Deal or No Deal. My wife and I were lucky enough each to be selected on different nights. We won some comp money that allowed us to continue playing a bit longer.

The drinks were plentiful and well made, not watered down. We cannot wait for our next trip to Provo and The Casablanca Casino.

I’m not a big gambler but we had so much fun we have stopped there every night on our way back home.
If you are used to big casinos or Vegas this may not be for you. For someone who likes to play $5 blackjack and some slots this was perfect.
We went on my birthday and I got a bottle of champagne, a piece of cake and if I gave them may age I money they doubled it for me to play at either the tables or the slots. I chose slots and needed up walking away up $20. The machines are tight with the payouts so if you are like me and don’t like to spend a lot you probably won’t win a lot.
I have not had any bigger wins than $50 but I saw a woman win $1000 and my husband sat down and tried a slot machine, on one try won $130. My husband pretty much stuck to the $5 blackjack table. I played $5 blackjack one night and was up $65 and I am not a serious player. There was only one person at the table if you hit when technically you shouldn’t but it worked for me and was a lot of fun.
Overall the people were great and made my birthday. The employees all would check in with me to make sure I had everything I needed. Unfortunately we were scuba diving the next day so I didn’t take advantage of the free drinks.
It has been a great way to unwind at the end of our busy days.

Low stakes ($5 blackjack and craps minimums on a week night) nice dealers and a fun crowd. We were surprised at how small the casino is but they have all the different table games and slot machines. Check the hours before you go. Also they have a free shuttle to/from local hotels and resorts.

Casablanca is a lovely place. It is a Turks charm. You never know who you will run into. From celebs, tourist to locals everyone feels like one inside. It’s intimate just like the feel of the island. And the owner Andy is fabulous. He has such a great soul, with a lovely heart and treats everyone like family. It was great getting to know you and your story and ventures Andy. British buddy for life. Here’s to keeping the spirit and uniqueness of Turks alive through your fun establishment.
