This was a definitely a breath of fresh air! The lagoon was crystal clear blue and surrounded by many islands .It is not far from Providenciales airport and is just simply scenic and refreshing.A lot of folks love to go kayaking here.

Amazing water color and big buck houses abound. No immediate access to the water. Do not see the point of looking at water like that when you cannot play in it! Had to go around the point and go on a very plain beach...did have some nice sunsets!

Worth the long drive to experience the views and make sure you time your visit for lunch at the Bistro (terrific food and good value).

We spent a week on the sound and woke up to that beautiful turquoise water every day. Lots of people are out there for a morning swim and on less windy days it's great to take a kayak out to the islands. There are iguanas on some of the middle island and there is a great plane wreck in the... More

The positive thing about Chalk Sound is that it is absolutely stunning! Make sure to look out the airplane window as you're landing (the electric blue water that stands apart from the other beautiful water is Chalk Sound). The negative thing about Chalk Sound is that it's not terribly easy to access. There's only a few ways to actually get... More

Stunning to view, didn't go in or on the beach water though. Vast expanse of the most beautiful coloured water.

Chalk Sound is a beautiful beach with an incredible view. Water is very very calm, too calm for my taste, but good for families looking to chill and walk through the water. My wife and I enjoy the view and just sitting in the water. There are some water sports like jet skiing available here. This is not a beach... More

This was a beautiful sound with pretty water, but hard to access and enjoy. Very few places to get out and see the scenery. The entire road is built out with homes. You can rent kayaks from Las Brisas and it wasn't too expensive. We didn't do that, though.

Chalk sound was beautiful. It is kind of in the middle of nowhere but worth the drive. Such natural beauty

Worth renting the good quality double for at least a half a day. We loved it - the calm, beauty, iguanas, swimming. Then such at Las Brisas! Perfect.
