- larryschneider27141 contributionOne for the PondI wish it was only one - lol! Beautiful golf course. I play when I come do to the Island which is usually on Winter Break or Spring Break. Course is in excellent shape and it's always a fun round. I'm a 27 handicap and with the water I'm usually just over 100 but regardless of my score I always look forward to playing here. I highly recommend it to anyone who playsDear Larry, many thanks for the great review ... you are definitely one of our regulars, and we always enjoy having you back to play. A little more practice and we're sure you'll crack the "century"! - Maureen OJacksonville Beach, Florida1 contributionGreat day of golfThis was a nice island course to play. We played in May on a Sunday when many of the members were playing. Everyone was welcoming and friendly to guests on vacation. The course is well kept, pretty views, playable and enjoyable. The pro shop staff were so helpful and friendly. The only bummer due to COVID was that the clubhouse wasn’t open, but you could still get drinks and food and there’s a beverage cart on the course as well. We bought the Ferrety special which included club rentals, cart, balls and $20 each at the clubhouse. Great deal. Easy walk from our Resort Club Med. The course had some pretty strong island breezes at times, but that’s to be expected in Turks.Dear Momalley, many thanks for the great review, we are pleased you enjoyed playing our Feherty Special and the golf that went with it! Yes, COVID has been an issue that we have had to deal with, but as you point out we still have our restaurant operation via the Verandah, and ProShop is accessible via the exterior staircase. Hopefully the Governmental Regulations will allow a full open of the Clubhouse within the next 6 weeks. - robersween1 contributionGreat Course - Fabulous StaffVery nice course for island trip. The staff in the pro shop and on course were superb. My 10 year-old son hit a hole in one on #8 i believe (approx 126 yds from front tees) and they could not have been kinder about printing out a bag tag and if we had more time a shadow box. The course is a phenomenal deal if you have teen golfers who are decent as they golf free after 10:30 or so. The course is hard enough though that I would not recommend brining out people/kids that are not decent. Did not go there thinking it would be a golf trip and this place was so inviting it kind of made it one.Visited July 2021Traveled with familyWritten October 18, 2021
- champagnechef2020Daytona Beach Shores, Florida1 contributionTerribleTerrible customer service, except in the restaurant. They treat women golfers like second class citizens, and one of us played LPGA golf. Sorry fellas, you need to shape up.Dear Champagne. We appreciate that everyone has a right to their opinion and welcome every review. Can we please point out, that a large proportion of our members are female, we have a female Golf-Pro on staff and our Marketing Manager is also female. We use female designers for our artwork and we offer both women and children's coaching and special ladies events. We do not believe we treat women like second class citizens, on the contrary we welcome all ladies to join us at our club and believe they are integral to the warm welcome we give to everyone. - mwagman20211 contributionChallenging CourseVery enjoyable and challenging course. I enjoyed playing this course which had a fair amount of water throughout the holes. It was nice that they offered the ability to pay a set fee for the month with unlimited golf and and cart use. From a constructive perspective, I had a couple of instances where the carts broke down. It seemed like the carts were a little on the old side. As well, it would have been nice to have a flag system on the greens to indicate front, middle, back. Either a color scheme or a grid. But overall, the course was in good shape.Dear Mwagman, many thanks for taking the time to post a review. We are delighted to read that you took advantage of our multi-round playing passes. Also, thanks for the feedback - it is always very useful for us to know what our guests are thinking, as we strive to retain our position as a top Caribbean Golf Club. - elkins8422 contributionsFriendly staffWe played several times over two stays in Turks this winter. The last time I played the course was about 20 years ago. The new grass is fabulous and some of the trees and brush has been thinned out. We thought it was very reasonable to play in the afternoon and although we didn't take advantage of it, we were given the opportunity to play as many holes as we could squeeze in after three. The head pro and desk staff were super helpful and friendly. My only complaint which has nothing to do with the club is the expense of the cab ride from our hotel. Turks really needs to figure out a more equitable system of charging guests (particularly multiple guests in one cab) for a short cab ride.Dear Elkins, many thanks for taking the time to post a review, and we are delighted to read that playing at Provo Golf Club exceeded your expectations. We are sorry to read about your issue with the taxis, but unfortunately that is out of our hands. There is a new app on island through ... getmeride, but we are not sure how well it works. Plenty of interesting holes with lots of variation and hazards but not so long as to make it painful. We went three times during our week, great time. I do, however, feel like they take advantage of the fact that it is your only golf option by charging a little too much, even for Turks. Have fun!Dear EVNOhio, thanks so much for the great review. It was a fun track to play and it was in very good condition. The putting green and clubhouse facilities were excellent. The value to play is the only reason I didn't rank this a perfect 5 as it's quite expensive compared to golf courses across the US in similar shape and layout.Visited February 2020Written March 11, 2020

Staying at Ocean Club Resort which is directly across the street from Provo Golf makes it very easy to just walk over to play a round of golf. The golf course was in perfect condition. The fairways and greens were beautiful. The golf course is also a very scenic. My son and I enjoyed a great day of golf. Course is well maintained and has lots of beauty. There’s plenty of water and lots of sand rough to deal with, but it adds to the beauty (even if it eats your ball from time to time). The staff were very friendly, the rental clubs were top notch, and the round was quick. We played at a comfortable pace in less than 4 hours. While there are no ocean views, there are plenty of palm trees, sand, and wind to remind you it is nearby. Leaving the beach is hard to do in Turks, but it’s worth it for a quick round.

I must admit, playing 3 rounds here was the highlight of a rather average holiday! We opted for the afternoon deal which, on an island where everything is so expensive, was actually great value for money. The course was is great condition (the course had just been fed) and was challenging for both high and low handicappers. The staff were really accommodating and super helpful. We also used the Tennis facilities, which were also excellent. Highlight of our trip!

Thee quality of the course is top notch. Play is very fast early in the morning and easy to get a tee time. Everyone at the course is extremely nice, helpful and accommodating, which includes the starters, bag storage attendant, proshop employee and the Pro himself.

they were about 120 if you buy from ocean club front desk. we didn't know that but they gave us that rate at the golf course. it was free re plays so we did two rounds. course was empty so we did 2 rounds in about 5.5 hours with two of us. this rate was in July
