Our daughters joined us for a wedding at Turks & Caicos. Being the active types we were looking for adventures for our first trip to the islands. We booked a half day snorkeling excursion with Caicos Dream Tours based on a recommendation from our concierge at Seven Stars. It became a highlight of our trip and we couldn’t stop talking about the experience for the remainder of our trip! Our hosts, Kwii and Emmanuel, guided us through a fantastic morning of snorkeling, rum punch, hanging with iguanas, dancing, water play and more rum punch! We even explored a sunken ship. So much fun and we considered booking a second time! We enjoyed the morning session leaving the rest of the day for relaxation at the resort. One more shout out for Kwii,..he was a true highlight of the trip.

We didn’t actually get to take a trip with these guys, but we wanted to! We booked but ended up having to cancel due to some weather issues. The weather wasn’t so bad that they needed to cancel the trip, but our daughter gets seasick easily so we are a little extra-conservative. We cancelled very last minute but Lloyd could not have been kinder or more understanding of our situation and was so gracious as to refund 2/3 of the fee even though we cancelled about 23 hours after the cancellation period ended! Next time we are in Turks we will definitely book another trip with Caicos Dream Tours because they really seem like a class act.

Great company with personable, capable crew. We were unlucky with bad weather day. We tried to go out anyway, but turned back after an hour plus. Still had fresh seafood snack and beach tie-up. Owner/managers refunded us major portion of planned trip cost. Very reasonable. I can recommend after an unlucky weather day; so i expect they would have been great on good weather day!

In only 4+ hours Captain Akimo and JJ show us a great time, music, snorkeling, tubing, shipwreck adventure, iguanas, empty beaches and delicious fish & lobster cook on board.
I couldn’t ask for a better morning.

Awesome! The boat will meet you at your hotel. They were right on time. They provide lunch and drinks. They even accommodated our diets by providing no meat, only fish and fruits.
We discussed options of where to go. JJ., our kind captain recommended we snorkel out by a long reef on our way to Fort George.The snorkeling was excellent. We visited a sand bar to find shells. We saw a ship wrecked above water. (Some people were diving off of it!)
You can customize your trip any way you want.
The double deck boat with a slide on top cost was $1400 for 4 hours. You can take 8 people for that rate. There is room for more, but there are additional fees.
Bring a towel, sunblock, a perhaps a dry shirt to warm up after swimming. It gets breezy as you motor home damp.
They supply snorkeling gear.
The water is so clear. The turquoise color is amazing. This was a great, memorable way to spend a day!

We have gone out with Caicos Dream Tours many times in the past and they were great. Now it seems they have gotten too big. We bought the advertised snorkelling and conch tour. On board they said they stopped doing conch fishing two years ago. Ok, but there wasn't anything about conch on the tour. Not even a conch salad. So why advertise it? During the entire trip they played heavy rap music(according to our27yr old son) and on the way home they put the volume so high no one could talk to each other. About 50 people (ages 10 - 60) on the boat were unhappy except two women dancing next to the captain. In the past they have always played reggae music which fits the environment. Lastly they dropped us off at a hotel to take a shuttle back to our hotel as the boat was too big to go to our hotel. We had been picked up with boat from our hotel. We had to wait 20 minutes for the shuttle and it came when one of their employees jumped in a van after we and another couple still were standing there when they were closing. Despite both talking to the crew and emailing the main office, we have heard nothing back. Caicos Dream Tours have gotten too big and suggest Ocean Vibes or Caicos Adventures instead.

I am still in an afterglow from a truly exceptional
Turks half day with JJ and Jerod with Caicos Dreams!!
I am amazed how much more this excursion was then just the spectacular snorkeling! The boat is very sturdy, upscale, well designed and good shade, nice bar for lunch& drinks, and the upper deck just feels so safe and comfortable. The stop at Iguana Island was remarkable bc one side is the Caribbean and one side is the Atlantic. The Island reminded me of atolls in the South Pacific. Shout out to Iowa Loyd ! Then touring the inner canals to get some perspective on the homes, so interesting and stunning. JJ and Jarod thank you are first class and smart and fun!!!!

BEST DEAL around and it was an AMAZING day! We were staying at Beaches and walk right up the sand to board the boat at the Alexandra resort. The captain and crew were truly special guys. They were really patient and wanted everyone to have a memorable experience.
The good the bad and the ugly. Per the ocean report it was a calm day. However, by the reef was pretty rough water. My daughter and I were very sea sick, but we were the only ones (thank goodness for everyone else). The crew were so concerned and kept checking to see if there was anything they could do for us and how we were feeling. This is definitely a FUN experience, with loud music and drinking. (If you want quiet/serene book a private). However, as a non-drinker, single mom, with 2 children I felt very uncomfortable. The beach stops (on dry, stable ground) was my favorite part. We visited 3 beautiful beaches and got lots of photos and memories. The picnic was fresh fruit, and ham or turkey sandwiches. I can't speak on the sandwiches, but they appeared to be well received. The fruit was fresh and there was an endless supply of water, soda, beer and rum punch.
I priced so many tours. This one was the cheapest and had same day availability. I forgot they also had a slide on the boat, which was a lot of fun for my son (he didn't get sea sick).
Sometimes you "get what you pay for." This time you get more then that. If you are looking for a snorkeling tour in Turks and Caicos stop here, you will not be disappointed.
And, if you are not a strong swimmer do not worry. There were lines off the boat you could hold on too and the captain was feeding the fish near the boat so one of the passengers who was afraid to let go of the ladder could still see fish.

We spent 11 days in Turks for our honeymoon. We did Caicos Dream Tours our fourth day here and it was a definite highlight of the trip. While it was a bit wavy, we were able to snorkel around the reef. We found conch and sand dollars. We loved the unlimited rum punch, snorkeling, exploring half moon bay - including seeing iguanas, trying fresh conch, jumping off the top of the boat and using the slide, etc. the boat staff was so much fun and set the best vibe with island music and positive vibes. Will definitely do again when we come back.

After we boarded at Alexandra resort, we stopped to pick up more passengers at Beaches. This took quite a bit of time as the first mate could not get the boat tied to the dock. Once we embarked the cruise was very nice and the scenery beautiful. However the first mate/bartender was terrible. He did not talk to anyone, acted put out when asked for a drink, and finally he fell asleep so passengers started helping themselves. We were also disappointed in that the sunset cruise we booked advertised that the boat had a slide. My son was excited about this but we were told that we could not use it on this cruise. Then don’t say it as a highlight in your brochure! False advertising. The islands are gorgeous but overall this cruise was subpar in service

The snorkel part is generally fairly smooth. 20min boat ride along Grace Bay to the north east end of Provo and an hour for snorkeling. The rest of the time is on the island, which is fun to explore. Conch salad, sandwiches, chips and drinks available the whole time too. Lots of kids take the tour.

We went in July and there were no kids on our boat. Maybe just ask for the "party boat". Be honest cause I don't want kids on those trips either. It wasn't hard partying but there was music, drinks and adult talk.
