We are big snorkelers, and booked with Caicos Adventures as we wanted to avoid a 'party boat' and instead focus on the snorkelling. We made a great choice. There were 4 other couples on the boat so we could safely social distance. We made 3 separate snorkelling stops based around West Caicos. I can't say it was the best snorkelling we've ever done, but we did enjoy it and would go again. We stopped at 2 reef areas, then the 3rd stop was at a rocky/cave area which was interesting to snorkel around. Water / soft drinks / rum punch were all freely available, once we had our last snorkel stop we made good use of the rum punch! The only comment to help others, is that the web site says it includes 'snacks', so I assumed crisps, chocolate bars, maybe fruit, that kind of thing. In the event they actually provided sandwich wraps, which was of course better than just snacks, and would have been great except I'm vegetarian. Had I known sandwiches were to be provided I would have said beforehand as I'm sure they've have provided a veggie version. Just mentioning it to help others out who go on the trip. I was pretty hungry after a couple of hours jumping on/off the boat for snorkelling! But it didn't spoil the trip, we had a great time and for anyone who truly wants to focus on snorkelling rather than partying, I'd highly recommend.

They also own a gift shop and they literally charge 5 more dollars if you need bigger sizes in clothing. Discrimination and fatshaming at its finest.

Oh wow...what a comment... I am sorry you feel that way but our suppliers charge us more for larger sized garments so we have to price our merchandise accordingly. There is no discrimination of any sorts in our establishment...

The crew was so fun and upbeat for our snorkel/ Iguana Island adventure! they kept the vibes up and the carribean music playing the entire time. We had so much fun jumping off the boat and going down the slide! And drinking the delicious rum punch! :) Had we have had time to do other water sports we would have booked through them! Thanks for a great time!!

As avid snorkelers and divers, we chose them as we really wanted an adventure...not a "tourist party tour." We were not disappointed. WOW, the morning snorkeling tour to West Caicos was incredible and the best snorkel tour we have ever done. We saw sharks, rays, turtles, barracudas, thousands of fish and the most beautiful coral formations I have ever seen! Kevin, our Captain, was super knowledgeable. He was very kind and attentive to all of the passengers and all levels of experience. They are not close to the resorts, but they do pick you up in the resort lobby if needed. Highly recommend if you are looking for a serious and legit snorkle tour.

The boat was awesome and fast. The crew was fantastic. Now that I.ve gotten that out the way. The trip was terrible! We tried to cancel the day before and was told for the first time that you had to do it twenty-four hours ahead of time. When we signed up, they just took our name and money. There was no wavier forms or info about the itinerary for the trip. The trip out to French Cay is about an hour and the ocean was very rough. The boat was bouncing a lot. The over cast caused it to be cold as the water sprayed us. A couple of passengers bounced right out of there seats. The great lunch that they spoke of was cold BarBQ chicken, beans and rice and hard to eat Mac & Cheese. The best part of the meal was the fruit, thank goodness. For close to $500.00 dollars for the trip, it was not worth it. So if you plan to do this trip please do it at your own risk. Plus the bird sanctuary was nasty and smelled awful.
