Although one of Tobago's more pristine and less crowded beaches, Pirate's Bay has the rougher waters typical of most northeastern beaches on the island.

Love love love this little bay!! You have to get a boat to get here, so there are not many people. You can also hike but its quite long walk through the jungle. This is the best place to watch a sunset in Tobago! Truly stunning

My husband drove up the very steep and high hill to gain entrance to the beach. Not for the nervous! But once there we walked down the steps and entered onto a beautiful and deserted beach. Very very lovely and i will be heading there again in May, nerves of steel this time!

You must take a boat or hike for 20 mins to get there. There are no facilities there, so be sure to take everything with you.

We dropped anchor briefly in Pirates bay, The water was crystal clear and there were lots of picnics and barbecues going. We did not have time to land there, but would like to have done so.

Going to Pirate's bay is real adventure for those who are not worried about a 10 minute walk to the beach and a very steep incline from the access road, and high steps to get back. A boat ride can also be arranged, but beware of the high price that is offered for a relatively short distance. Pirate's Bay has... More

We spent the afternoon at this small, secluded beach. It was very clean and quiet. At high tide the waves were perfect for body surfing. Save some energy for the long climb up the stairs at the end of your visit.

Bit of an adventure to get there if you are staying in S 1/2 of island, otherwise a 15min stroll up a grassy track from the main bay. Leave your car at the start as there is nowhere easy to turn round, 165+ steps down to the beach. Nice sand and panoramic view across Man O War Bay, no facilities... More

Getting to the beach is an adventure in itself! I wouldn't recommend taking our car all the way up the little dirt road, as it gets really narrow. Park your car and walk! This is such a remote place and it is stunningly beautiful. There are chairs for rent and drinks for sale once you get there, which was surprising... More

An emerald among jade. Hidden away in Charlotteville about 2 hours drive away Crown Point, this beach is beautiful emerald green with white sands, I may be biased as my cousin was proposed to at this beach, but for a get away private beach far from society and filled with other tourists and locals you can do little better, make...
