T&T Wheelchair Accessible Transit & Tours was amazing. Their representatives were punctual, professional and extremely friendly.
Our group consisted of 2 wheelchair-bound guests plus an additional 7 adults. This tour company customized a tour to meet our needs, including meals at local breakfast and lunch venues. The tour company made sure the selected restaurant venues were wheelchair accessible.
It’s an understatement to say this company went the extra mile to meet our needs. For example, at the suggestion of the tour company, my group pre-ordered special local candies and pastries via the tour company to save time. The time saved was used for additional sightseeing. We were able to visit Mount St Benedict with its sweeping panoramic views. Simply beautiful!

This is an amazing family! We enjoyed planning the details of this tour and certainly enjoyed the two groups. We advocate wheelchair accessibility in our beautiful T&T.

Mr Gilbert has been extremely professional and supportive in this new transition. His quiet confidence and strength have augured my confidence in his skilled service.

Mr.Silbert is a true customer service professional. My father had limited mobility due to a medical condition he suffered and we really needed professional assistance to move him around from home to the hospital. We only used this service one but my oh my was it world class.
Mr Silbert was on time for pick up and very delicate in helping move my dad from bed to wheelchair then to his special modified vehicle. The drive was smooth and Mr Silbert was quite entertaining.
Sadly my father passed away suddenly two days after we used this wonderful service and Mr Silbert showed our family compassion and checked in on us.
I highly recommend this service to anyone.

Excellent, professional service all around from making an appointment to carrying out the task at hand. The gentlemen who assisted my dad, who is bed bound, were respectful, careful and considerate while maintaining his dignity throughout the process. I would recommend them unreservedly.

There was a need to transport my mother back and forth between home, hospital and clinic visits. The availability of such a service provided by Mr. Gilbert and his team made these moments not only possible but easier. His understanding of developing situations and his willingness to work with changes in my mom’s schedule was priceless.
Extremely grateful to have had such quality service at a time when most in need.
They are both punctual and professional in coordinating time and energy towards helping. My experience was more than just a transport service and I would highly recommend anyone in need to them

We have used Mr Gilbert’s prompt services on numerous occasions and have been pleased each time. It is a much needed service, which is second to none mainly due to Mr Gilbert’s exceptional level of professionalism, calm disposition and gentle care. He treats his passengers with respect and kindness and goes the extra mile to ensure their comfort and happiness.

T&T Wheelchair Accessible Transit & Tours Ltd is the go to in transport for all those who are differently abled. I am physically disabled and have used this transport company quite a few times and their service is wonderful, they are punctual and very friendly I feel comfortable every time I use their service. I wished I had known about this service long ago but now I used this service everytime I go clinic in the hospital. Mr Gilbert is very professional and he makes u feel comfortable whenever u travel with him. I would recommend this service for anyone who are disabled because they are exceptional.

We used T&T Wheelchair Accessible Transit & Tours Ltd for the first time for transportation during our recent trip to Trinidad. We had to transport a family member, who has difficulty standing and walking, along with our friends to and from the airport and various tourist destinations over the course of a week. Mr. Gilbert from the company arrived exactly on time. He was so kind and helpful, and safely navigated the wheelchair into the accessible transport van and at locations, as needed. He waited for us the whole time we were out enjoying several of our adventures (and when he did have to leave us, would return ahead of our departure times to keep our schedules and get us all safely back home. We will definitely use them the next time we need to, and highly recommend their services.

Recently learnt of this service via our Senior Care provider.
Wished I had known about this entity from the first day special arrangements were required for my relative.
This company is punctual, proficient and continues to strive for excellence as they are open and inviting of customer feedback.
LOVE the specialized vehicle for wheelchair transportation and their COVID-19 measures are above par.
Supremely satisfied and now my default service provider.

I used this service a couple times. I would recommend this service to anyòne who needs transport in a wheelchair. Driver was punctual polite, courteous and very professional. I used this service before and after covid 19. All covid 19 protocols were observed
