This places is very easy to reach. The pool and facilities are amazing and well kept. The cabanas are well equipped if you want to cook on site. I think their prices for their plants are ridiculous. Lifeguards are present and the area is very safe.

Oh my gosh this place is so peaceful. It is like being one with nature. There are sheds to rent and activities to do . I like fishing so I rented the rod. The bathrooms and the pools are clean.

Waw! Awesome space. So much to do. Fishing, picnic, cooking, weddings, playgrounds, horse, taking pics, hiking, buying plants, cricket, football, scootch/dodge ball etc. The fresh air is wonderful. There's an entrance fee though. Many, many caimans in the waters. Peacocks, peahens & their chicks are visibly wandering around. Just beautiful! As a family, we definitely want to visit again. Lovely place, well organised and I refer to the lake area and surroundings not the pool which is crass and does not fit in with the nature theme. Garden area pleasant to stroll about, perhaps buy something. What else to do? Lime. Talk (quietly). Bird watch. Fish (really a very simple sort of fishing, bamboo looking rod with string and... The garden is very beautiful and well maintained. However, they need to manage the times in which they cut that grass and use the leaf blowers. From the time i arrived at 10am, a man was using a leaf blower, he finished at 3pm. This supposed to be a place for relaxation. It was extremely disturbing and could have been... More

As a family we love La Vega. The huts are located in such a way that the children have a lot of fun fishing and you can share the fun with them or just relax and keep an eye on them from the hut. It is a day out that we all really look forward to. In the past few... More

The place gives you all the amenities of a recreation area which you also find (inter) nationally in nature recreaction parks such as shaded seating areas, bathrooms etc. The place and its outline is somehow similar to a state park in the United States including the possibility to do short hikes in the area. The only difference is that La... More

This location is good for cooking and fishing. It is muddy most of the time and the bathroom facilities are not close to the gazebos. Good area for nature lovers. With the chickV issue in our country, I will avoid such locations for now.
