Six years ago, while in St Kitts on vacation, I purchased a ring for my wife at Royal Gems. It was a yellow gold band with chocolate colored diamonds. She loved it so much she wore it almost daily, even when she probably shouldn't have. One day, after doing some gardening, she noticed that one of the diamonds was missing. She was sink about it. We checked the area where she was working but, obviously, it was a lost cause. She put it in her jewelry box and forgot about it for several months. Then, one day, I decided to contact Royal Gems and asked if it would be possible to have it repaired. Almost immediately Katherine responded to my email. She asked me to send a photo of the ring and then, the next day, quoted me a price to repair it that seemed too good to be true. I shipped the ring to their facility in NYC and, within a week, it was returned looking better than new. The diamond was replaced and they cleaned and polished it. My wife was ecstatic. It was like getting a brand new ring. Royal Gems, especially Katherine, went out of their way to help us! As I said, the ring was purchased over six years ago and they easily could have told us to take it to a local jewelry store to have it repaired. That's great customer service! Something that is getting quite rare these days. Thank you Katherine and thank you Royal Gems for your help in this matter! A happy wife makes for a happy husband!

Purchased a beautiful Ruby pendant and matching Ruby Ring - price was very fair and included insured shipment to the USA. Vinnie and his staff are a pleasure to deal with. Definitely consider stopping for the best deals on exceptional Jewelry!

Vinnie and his staff are great to work with! They are very customer orientated, not to mention the beautiful pieces of jewelry they have! I have purchased several pieces from Royal Gems, one without even seeing the piece. I always get compliments on any piece of jewelry I wear from Royal Gems. I definitely would recommend Royal Gems if you are looking to purchase quality jewelry at affordable prices!

I have been a repeating customer for at least a decade now. I have made purchases in person and and over the phone. I just bought earring in May of this year. I have been completely happy with everything I own. Vinnie and Cheryl are fabulous to work with start to finish. Their follow up and customer service is impeccable and they always reach out for birthday wishes and special occasions. I highly recommend Royal Gems if you are looking for that perfect something something for yourself or someone special

I made some Enquiries for a 21st birthday present for my niece. I am so satisfied with the customer service and product knowledge that I received these people are amazing trustworthy and full of resources to satisfy your own personal needs. After I told them my budget they did everything possible to accommodate for what I wanted and gave me a quality product excellent customer service and I can always tell you I always go back to someone when I can see their loyalty towards me. I am ever so happy withWith my purchase. I can honestly say I am one of their loyal customers and will continue to do so because I always come out feeling elated rewarded and with a gorgeous high quality piece.

I cannot say enough about this family owned business of delightful people. We first met them via a cruise stop on the lovely island of St. Kitts. Vinnie in particular has been charming and easy to work with and has always met my “wants”. They have a good selection to choose from and aim to please, and if they do not have it, they will get it or create it for you. We purchased my first two pieces a few years ago and I still receive compliments when I wear them.. The price was right too, as I had the items appraised here in the states and was pleasantly surprised. During the pandemic my husband purchased four separate items from Vinnie...all the transactions were selected, modified and purchased via phone and on line with photos and conversations...can’t beat that for customer service!
And of course, every anniversary and birthday, we receive a sweet phone call from Vinnie.
As soon as cruising returns (and we are already booked) we are headed to St Kitts.
And, since you can deal with them via the Internet, you do not have to travel there, although why wouldn’t you?

We were fortunate enough to find Royal gems and meet Vinnie and staff on our first visit to St. Kitts. The store is amazing, but the staff's knowledge and friendliness exceeds its physical attributes. Our second visit was wonderful as well..
Sadly, due to different cruise itineraries and the virus we have not been able to return.... except via the web and phone calls..

We just completed our second 'virtual' purchase .. The quality and beauty of the pieces we selected were as lovely as we hoped they would be. Vinnie and Kathleen's assistance was GREAT in helping us select the perfect gifts. And delivery to our home in New York was fast and secure...

I first stumbled upon Royal Gems when traveling to St Kitts several years ago. Their friendly staff (Vinnie) has graciously kept in touch over the years. I recently saw they updated their website, Saw a ring I loved. They were amazing in setting up a virtual visit in these covid days. They showed me several pieces and worked to get me great pricing and Delivery was incredibly fast!! (they even included a little surprise for me) They are wonderful to work with & really want their customers happy & satisfied. Thanks for getting me the ring so quickly Love It!

Best place to shop for jewelry!

This is the best place to shop for jewelry. I would not consider purchasing jewelry anywhere else but here now that I have had such great experiences. Over the years I have made many purchases from them and they are very pleasant and personable. There is not any pressure to make a purchase, they just want you to leave their store happy. My first visit there, I was skeptical about purchasing items in another country, but with Royal Gems they have proven to be honest and offer nothing less than quality. My husband lost his wedding ring this past year and I knew I wanted to purchase his replacement from Royal Gems. However, with the pandemic, traveling wasn't possible. We emailed back and forth with many pictures, and also saw the items via facetime. I purchased his ring and he also bought me a diamond bracelet for my upcoming birthday. We are both always pleased with our purchases from there.

Bought expensive earings through correspondance (e-mail & phone) and have received them within 24 hrs from St-Kitts to Montreal Canada. You can trust Royal Gems to give you a good price and excellent service. Needless to say it wasn't m'y first purchase and won't be my last.
