First the staff was wonderful an helpful. Second it was a great place to visit if you are interested in the history of the island. It is not a high tech interface but an old school set of displays and information. I Love it! Lot's and lots of great information.
This is a good little old-fashioned museum which gives a good overview of the rich and varied history of the island, from colonial occupation and slavery to the sugar trade. Worth an hour to work through. It is just a few rooms at the main port.
Old building houses the museum- did not go in but marveled at the old building and read the historic signs outside. You can't miss it-- as you leave the port area---there it is==quite lovely
We went last visit in April 2018. It was small and much of the information is on the internet, but it was good. The building is historic & very cool.
