Our cruise ship stopped at the St. Kitts port on Saturday and after beach days in St. Thomas. St. Marten & Barbados we were all ready for a sun break. Barely off the pier we could see the LCDH upstairs and Mojito Bar signs.
I rushed upstairs to grab a beer and a cigar and waited for the rest of my family and extended family to join me.
We spent a relaxing 3-4 hours enjoying some really fine cigars and drinks (Beers, Mojitos, frozen Mudslides, sodas for the kids) along with the complimentary internet made for the perfect day.
The service was spectacular including one of my cigars have a tight draw and the owner rushing over and quickly replacing it with a new one that drew like a dream.
Many in the group thought it was best stop on the cruise.

The best place for great cigars! This place is perfect to get & smoke a hand-rolled Cuban, to hang out while chatting with the knowledgeable owner and people watch at the port. This guy knows his cigars, has a great lounge inside as well as comfortable seating outside. I highly recommend to anyone who has ever had an interest in cigars! We stop here every time we're on the island.

On another cruise with friends with a stop at Basseterre, St Kitts. One of my favorite cigar lounges, Casa del Habano is located right in the port’s touristy shopping center (upstairs level). It’s an oasis, Cuban cigars, Cuban rum, Cuban music, leather couches, air conditioned, quiet, and Orlens, the manager, providing knowledgeable advice on cigars. I bought a few boxes of H. Uppman and a single Trinidad robusto to smoke right away. Orlens cut the cigar for me, toasted the foot and bought me a glass of Havana Club rum. It was 90 minutes of pure vacation from the world!
If you are a member of the “brotherhood of the leaf”, this lounge will be memorable. Send the wife and kids to the beach, and spend an hour indulging yourself.

This was my first trip to St. Kitts. La Casa Del Habano was a totally unexpected find. A truly professional run operation with a properly maintained humidor and knowledgeable and personable staff. I will definitely make this a regular stop on my future visits. And yes, the cigars weren’t bad either.

My Wife and I stumbled into La Casa del Habano quite by accident, (while ashore from our Cruise).
WOW!!
What a discovery!! Iliana Gonzalez (from Cuba) assisted us with our selections in the humidor and was possibly the most educated and knowledgeable "Tobacconist" I've had the pleasure to meet. She is a very impressive expert in her field and quite a pleasant young lady - definitely an asset to this establishment. Since visiting St. Kitts a couple of years ago, I've placed several Orders and have never been disappointed

My first time ever in a habano shop. Went on my honeymoon and was greeted by Orlens who was incredibly helpful and courteous while assisting me picking out cigars.
Very knowledgable and polite. The lounge itself was beautiful and if it wasn't for a busy schedule I would have loved to smoke there. Highly recommend and would love to return and buy more.

The staff is very friendly. My wife and I enjoyed hand rolled cigar and some aged rum, Zacapa. The manager, Orlens, is from Cuba and was attentive. He made sure everything was great. The facility was clean with great ventilation. Next time we are in St Kitts we will definitely go back. A must if you like cigars!

Orlens and Mario made my first experience to a LCDH an absolutely pleasant one. They showed me around their clean store, had excellent suggestions for cigars and drinks. They held the cigars I purchased while I went and explored the island. Even though the Cuban cigar supply is globally low at present, they still had some great choices available! Thank you very much for a perfect first impression! I really appreciated that. You have a customer for life…

Great selection of Cuban cigars right next to the cruise port. They have a bar and plenty of room to enjoy your purchase along with your favorite adult beverage. We will definitely be back! They also ship worldwide and guarantee delivery.

I stopped in here after our ship docked to see if they had Cuban cigars. Bingo. The place was well kept and the manager was very friendly. I would have liked to have stayed and smoked but, there wasn't enough time. I would definately recommend this to others.
