My wife and I wanted to use St Kitts as a relaxation day on our cruise. We asked around and were told Cockleshell Beach was the place to go. When we found a taxi and told him that we wanted to go there he told...More

This beach trip was part two of a Celebrity Cruise Excursion (KT69). There were also people there from Carnival and Princess. Very few people made it into the water because the volcanic sand scorched your feet then the volcanic rocks shredded them. The waves threw...More

Loved the views here! Plenty of places to hang out, too. It contains the Marriott, and most people seem to stay here. The beach is nice and there are many services around the area.

Way too many rocks on the bottom. Too hard to walk in the water, Steep incline from beach to water. My daughter and I both rate New Jersey beaches over this one. Look elsewhere if you want a soft sandy bottom.

I much rather prefer the South Peninsula than the more busier and commercial Frigate Bay, but in this small stretch of land about 1 mile wide and 1/2 mike long, you can find everything an average tourist want: beaches, golf, casino, restaurants, cafes, entertainment, bars,......More

This is a sandy beach with rocks around both ends. It has water sports centre but it can get very busy if cruise ships are in. There are plenty of bars and places to eat I can recommend the Sunset Café and the Shiggerty Shack...More

This area is popular with tourists and the locals, so there's a great mix. The beach itself is really nice, and it's lined with bars and restaurants.

This strip is for relaxing in the day time at the beach, and party central on Thur/Friday nights. There's a bonfire on Thursday night, and the party doesn't stop until 4-5 A.M. on Fridays going into Saturday morning.
