Our large, multi-generational family took this tour and had a great time. Captain Mario was extremely warm and friendly. The 3 stops (Stingray City, Starfish Point and snorkeling) were all amazing. Cost wise the tour is a bargain, especially considering the beautiful photos they take and share for free.
Just a few words of caution. The booking process was rather confusing. Half our party booked the tour without requiring a deposit. When I tried to book it for our remaining family, I needed to put a deposit down via Paypal. The website says that tours can be cancelled until 48 hours prior. Yet when I inquired about it in writing, I was told the website is outdated and it's actually 7 days prior - unless weather prohibits them or your cruise ship can't dock. I think the process should be much clearer and the same for all.
This boat is really not ideal for young children, under age 5, or those with mobility issues, unless you don't mind sitting inside the small cabin area where no eating is allowed. There is a top deck with a lovely view and 2 benches, plus a bow in front where guests can sit. However reaching those areas requires walking along a very narrow passageway on the perimeter of the boat while holding onto a top railing. While the boat was moving, it was challenging to maneuver there if you have balance issues or have a young child.
If your party doesn't include either, I would highly recommend this tour for a fun-filled day on the water.
