I had an amazing time! My friend and I last minute decided that we wanted to get scuba certified and Sami from Cayman Turtle divers was so kind and amazing. Hadn’t gone diving for quite some time and I had a bit of sea sickness - Sami was so incredibly patient and calmed me when I hadn’t felt comfortable enough to dive in. Eventually, I built up the confidence and passed the scuba certification with flying colors! Thank you so much for an amazing trip and having awesome instructors.

I spontaneously decided to get certified with a friend and Sami was an awesome instructor. He was very patient and kind and really dedicated lots of time to teaching us. He generously invited us to do a turtle release and we had extremely memorable dives. The dive sites throughout our certification process were well planned. We did deal with some choppy waters, but Sami navigated this obstacle like a pro. Would HIGHLY recommend requesting him as an instructor.

March 18th, 2020 was our 2nd trip with CaymanTurtle Divers, and they once again did a great job of making us all ( Non-certified divers) feel comfortable. The 1st dive was at Rainbow reef, where the colors and fish diversity was outstanding. For the 2nd dive, we went to the Trinity caves site, which again was fantastic. The captain and dive masters all were very helpful, enthusiastic, and added to the already beautiful experience. Highly recommend this outfit!

Short version: Very attentative crew. Great Operation. Very accomodating. Long version: I know what happens after holiday: I forget to write a review. So, I am writing this part way thru our trip to GC. The highlight has been working with Cayman Turtle Divers (CTD). They are awesome. We have had 2 check-out dives for my kids, a refresher dive for my wife and me, and now two 2-tank dives. They have been great dealing with our chaos. Initially we planned to have our kids certified back in the states, but their check-out dives were not viable, so we contacted CTD, and they squeezed the checkout dives in on Sunday with our refresher dives, so our kids would not miss any dives. I must admit, we have been a needy bunch, but all along the way CTD have been great. We have been fortunate to work with Alan (main point of contact for scheduling, very responsive). Sammy has been our primary guide for the checkout dives and our 2-tank dives, and Kay helped with checkout dives and led our refresher course. In addition we have interacted with Paul and two captains (Blair and Chase). Without fail, they have looked after our needs and made sure our family was safe and happy. The diver to guide ratio is awesome, and we never felt crowded. Unfortunately, Friday is our last dive for the trip. Hopefully it will tide us over until we visit GC again, and share some bubbles with CTD. Awesome. Thanks again to all.

I have been coming to the island for many years and after 25 years of snorkelling I felt it was time to get PADI certified and start diving! After some research on the island's BEST operators I decided to go with Cayman Turtle Divers to achieve my certification. My Dive Master, Sammy was absolutely superb! He took extra time with me to answer all of my questions and ensure I was both comfortable and 100% clear on all concepts and skills. I felt both well prepared and totally psyched to kick off my diving career. Once I had successfully completed the certification I booked additional dives with the company and found the entire crew to be wonderfully friendly and helpful. As a solo traveller I did not have a dive buddy with me and Sammy kindly dove with me to ensure I was confident and enjoyed myself. Thank you Cayman Turtle Divers and a big thank you to Sammy!! See you guys next time!
