About
Grand Cayman has been considered the top diving destination in the Caribbean. If you are looking for wall dives like Black Forest, Hammerhead Hill, or Neptune's Wall, we have them! There are frequent sightings of Spotted Eagle Rays, Caribbean Reef Sharks, and a variety of Turtles on wall dives. If you are looking for wreck dives, we have them too. Ex-USS Kittiwake is a bucket list dive for many. We also have Oro Verde and Doc Poulson. We also have many shallow reef dives like Spanish Anchor, Turtle Schooner with abundant reef life. Yet it is the over 20 years of owner experience, and friendly, helpful Divemasters and Instructors that keep customers coming back to Neptune's Divers year after year. We offer morning and afternoon 2 tank dives leaving from Seven Mile Beach and Cayman Islands Yacht Club, private charters, top notch PADI Instruction, as well as guided shore and night dives. Our roomy dive boats, and 8 divers maximum policy ensure a positive experience for our divers.

This was the most incredible dive experience to date. We can't wait to book again! We were on a Carnival Cruise to the Cayman Islands and we booked this dive outside of the recommended excursions from the cruise liner. We were late getting off the boat and Neptune's waited on us. What service!!! Unforgettable.

I did my class work in the States and went with a friend that had been out with Casey, Keith and their crew many times over the years. Niall gave me my check-out dives and provided me with great attention and detail to my diving. Wonderful being limited to 8 divers per boat so that Casey and crew can really be available to all divers of any caliber. They provided rides to and from Condo and were timely.
In the four days we were with them the majority of the divers were repeat customers! That says it all!!!

I increased my certification with Neptunes this week 06-22-14 to 06-29-14.
Neptunes will be my go to from now on, can't wait till we come back. I had a great time with Casey, Stewart and Niall, I want them to train my wife and daughter and I can't imagine a better group of instructors.
Diving with Casey, Niall and Stew is really like diving with family. The personalized service on a boat with 8 divers or less - is the best on the Grand Cayman- your not just a number with them. They really do their best to ensure your trip with them is the best. A Special thanks to Captain Mario for the recommendation to book with Neptune's Divers.
Thank you for the best time!!

If you're a seasoned diver who just wants to be taken to a reef and let go, this might be a fine outfit. But if you're looking for a company that calmly guides you and cares about your diving experience, this is not the place. Danielle (he may not spell it this way, but that's the pronunciation) gave us a fast and not too thorough briefing. We rented gear from them, and the fins were low quality. One of us had regulator issues with the equipment, as we could not get full air in the water. Worst of all, with 9 divers still underwater (with 1000 psi of air still left), the dive master was out of the water, in the boat, and checking messages on his phone. When I spoke to the owner about this, she informed me that most dive masters don't even go in the water with you on the second tank dive.
All in all, a cold and uncomfortable experience.

I am so very sorry that you did not have a good time on your trip with us. We do pride ourselves on our personalized service.
Just for the record, we do provide a complimentary guide for all of your dives... not all operations do. And many divers chose not to be guided. The 2nd dive of the day is set at a 40-45 minute max bottom time for divers that are not diving with a computer. At 40-45 minutes our divemaster will board the boat as should the divers without computers. Computer divers can buddy up for a max 1 hour dive. Once the guide is back on the boat he contacts me to let me know that the divers are coming up so that I can meet them at the dock or beach.

A teenaged girl in our group had an issue with her equipment right after descending and had to come back to the surface. She did not have time to warn her buddy or dive master. Her buddy noticed right away but could not get the attention of the dive master. Even when he looked back and counted his group, he entirely missed that one diver was NOT there! And he had a total of 5 divers! After frantic hand waiving he finally got it and helped the buddy to come up also. At the boat, the operator did not believe the teenager that she had equipment issue, even though one more person on the boat (customer) also heard the hissing of escaping air. She did however, exchanged the equipment, but did this roughly and unpleasantly.
This must never happen on dives, and certainly we have never experienced anything like this before on Grand Cayman with anyone. Luckily, the teenager had a cool head and was able to make correct decision to come up asap, but I will never dive with Neptune again. Their attitude on the surface and below is dismissive, rude and inattentive at best.

Thank you for your review. Let me first say that we always have a safety up on board the boat and that I knew immediately that she was at the surface and was there to assist her. Her buddy was right behind her at the surface. Your guide was also in charge of the other divers below the surface so that is why we have a safety up on board the boat. We were able to change out her equipment quickly ( a slightly hissing alternate air source) and she and her buddy (her Mom) were on their way again in no time. In no way do we ever take equipment lightly or negligently. And I can honestly say that I've never been told, in 21 years of business, that I've been rude to any of my customers EVER! So, again, I thank you for your comments and we shall continue treating our customers in the safe and friendly manner that we have for the last 20+ years.

Neptune's is a top notch, customer-service driven, small local dive operation, that brings out the best of Grand Cayman...both the diving and the people. Keith and Casey are both great, down-to-earth folks with a ton of knowledge about the reefs, and a ton of personality. Anita and Jorge are both extremely experienced divers and teachers and will make you feel right at home on the boat, no matter what experience level you are. Most of the divers on our trips were repeat customers that have come back year after year to dive with this team...and with 25 or more other dive shops on the island, that's a great testament to the quality of this operation.
Safety was a top priority on all of our dives, and the crew was very alert and diligent about adhering to good safe diving practice. The briefings were fast, but our groups were generally very experienced divers and needed little instruction. The one diver in our group that was relatively new received plenty of attention and learned a lot. With 2 instructors in the water and one on the boat, it's easy for them to tailor the dive to accommodate more than one skill level on every dive.
Casey and Keith are both great photographers and have nice glass for getting those really special photos. Don't miss out on having them photograph or video your dive experience....it's worth every dollar (or $1.25 in US money).
We had amazing dives and and a great overall experience, and at a competitive price compared to some of the bigger operations. Don't forget to tip the crew...they work hard to keep you happy and safe, and split the tips at the end of the day. We often tip around 10% of the total price of the dive...but these guys were worth more than that...
We'll be back to dive with them again (and you will, too...).

Neptune's Divers is First Class!!! If you are going to dive in the Cayman Islands, contact Casey for first class treatment and lifelong memories. I really recommend the multi tank packages that Neptune's Divers offer all are very reasonable. Casey, Anita and Jorge provided us with fantastic diving opportunities that we will never forget. In addition to the great prices, the Neptune Diver’s team made us feel extremely comfortable when we dove.
When we were finalizing our travel plans we contacted six or seven different dive operations to find out what was best for us as we were all recently qualified in Scuba. Casey was the only operator that responded directly to our specific questions, and didn't just refer us back to their website. This was both reassuring and an indication of the professionalism of Neptune's Divers’ operations.
Anita and Jorge are first class dive masters. Both fully briefed us on the different dive locations, the depths we would dive, as well as bottom time. We signed up for the three 2 Tank package, and dove at 6 different locations in three days! All were unique and provided us six different experiences.
The equipment was all first class and extremely well maintained. Anita and Jorge did a great job in preparing our equipment and our dives. The only surprises were the sea life that they pointed out to us. As I mentioned previously, the three members of our family were recently certified and both Anita and Jorge gave us invaluable tips on how to become better divers as well as superb in water direction. Anita and Jorge did not just lead the dives, they constantly checked on all divers in our group ensuring our safety and fun. I really appreciated the time they spent with our 13 year old son, I felt extremely comfortable with all three members of the Neptune's Divers team.
We were spoiled by the Neptune's Divers team. They are true professionals. We will be back. If you are travelling to Grand Cayman for scuba diving, look no further than Neptune’s Divers!

My son and I did 5 days of diving with Neptune Divers. Casey was great to work with and they were easily able to accommodate both my son (a fairly novice diver) and myself (an experienced diver). They will take a maximum of 8 divers, which means you don't end up on a crowded dive site. One day, it was just my son and I on the boat ... a private tour !
The two dive guides we worked with, Jorge and Danny, were both great and made the trips memorable for both of us.
Highly recommended

I had a good dive experience with Neptune. My star rating comes compared to other shops I have used on in Cayman. Smaller boat which offer a quaint experience, but loaded from the beach with a little confusion between captain and the hand. If you like a mom and pop type shop then Neptune is a good choice. If you like a more supported dive, docks, and spacious boat, this isn't the place for you. Price was normal for the island. Pick up was prompt. Reservations were easy. Tanks and equipment were loaded. Guests did need to help with the boat in mild surf.

Hello and thank you for your review! It was a great pleasure diving with you both! Unfortunately we did have some rough seas that week which did make for a bit of a challenge to get on the boat at times. We hope to see you again with maybe a bit less waves on the beach.

We have been to Grand Cayman 3 times - each time we've used Neptune for our diving which is the main purpose of our trips. Our last 2 week stay we logged 23 dives. We cannot gush enough about how much we love the team at Neptune. Casey and Niall are wonderful and we were able to get to know their new Dive Master Jon on our most recent visit. The team is super accommodating and know the areas well. We dove mostly spots off West Bay and 7 Mile beach. Some of our favorite spots to hit were Kittiwake, Doc Polson, Trinity Caves, Round Rock, and Killer Puffer but honestly all of the spots we hit were incredible. The most we ever had on the boat were 8 divers and we even had a few trips out that were just my husband and I. Either way you get a great personal experience with these guys. We HIGHLY recommend booking dive time with the crew at Neptune and no doubt we'll be back to see them again.
