It was my pleasure to stay at the Holiday Inn, 278 Crighton Drive, Grand Cayman for seven nights at the beginning of February 2024 with my partner.

I felt I must let you know that Zachery Wright, a member of your Concierge Team made our stay especially wonderful. She spoke to us both on numerous occasions during our stay. Always so very happy to advise and assist us with joyful approach. But she went above and beyond my expectations when I asked if she could advise me where to go for a Baptist Singing Church. Not only did she recommend one, but she contacted her Auntie Liliana who is a patron there. We were received at the Church with a wonderful welcome and met her Auntie. It was our first ever visit to a Baptist Church and is now a very beautiful unique holiday memory, thanks to Zachery.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this company! I use Amvivo every time I'm in the Cayman's! They are excellent in customer service and communication! We booked them 3 times for 3 different rides to airport, hotel and grocery store... if you're lucky enough to get "Nicholas," then you really will enjoy your experience. He was absolutely amazing! Very professional and courteous! We requested him on every ride. Very informative about the island as well! I will keep on using Amvivo because of their professionalism and customer care! Thanks again Nicholas and we will see you next time! :)

Gio was an amazing tour guide! He made the tour informative w/ giving us insight about the island, and lots of laughs and fun.
The Rum factory was great too. Had a lot of taste testing. My knowledge of rum is a lot more.
Would highly recommend it!

Excellent service both to and from the airport! Both drivers were friendly and loved sharing their knowledge of the island. Very safe, efficient, great service. Greeted off the plane with a cold Cayman brew and lots of laughts on the road! When back in the Cayman's I will definitely use their service!

Very short drive to the Beach Getaway from the Georgetown harbor dock. The atmosphere was very friendly, the beach was beautiful. The service was fantastic. We grabbed a couple of lounge chairs. Ordered Conch Fritters which were great. The best thing on the menu is from the bar and it is world class Pina Coladas, they look like a root beer float made with soft serve ice cream. The best drink ever experienced! they make the pineapple coconut ice cream on premises and float it in light and dark rum. What could possibly be better than sitting on the best beach in the world drinking the best drink in the world?
Makes me want to go back soon!

This tour was a lot of fun! However let me provide you with some details before you go: We met as a group and got onto an air conditioned bus with tour guides that were charming and knowledgeable. The group we were with were easy-going and had wonderful sense of humors. Here's where it gets interesting as a tourist: first stop was Tortuga Rum for cake & rum tasting; we were discouraged from buying rum there since we were going to another rum tasting and were told we may want to wait...so cake is what we bought even though the rum was good. We arrived at Seven Fathoms to tour the distillery and taste rum. It to was fun, they were knowledgeable and impressive with their success. What you MUST KNOW is all of their liquors appears to be marked up. Like Everyone else we were caught up in the Funtime along with the excitement and impressive with their business success. At the end of the educational tour, like everyone else we were ready to purchase our favorites. The bottles were a set price and expensively priced and there was plenty to buy and not just rum or vodka...we were all tipsy, laughing and happy to be taking our selections home. Sticking to the facts only so you know your options...when you leave the island there is a section at the airport with seven phantoms bottles of rum along with sauces; almost each bottle is available that we had purchased days earlier priced at nearly $7 cheaper than what we paid directly from the distillery. You should not pay for the excursion plus purchase items from these vendors directly without seeing a fair price without being taken advantage of. So, you are being given the option and crystal clear facts. The Beer Distillery was priced below market rate and no complaints. Now you have the information you need to know that no one told us about. I wonder if there was some sort of kick back for tour company? Hmmm

We took a half day tour with Brown Sugar Taxi/Tour. Paula was so funny and we did enjoy our time. We went to Hell and all the other sites as well as Seven Mile beach. I would recommend her. Paula is on Facebook for bookings.

Inflexible. Won’t answer when you need help. Our cruise ship arrived later than planned. Instead of adjusting to their customers’ arrival they left us behind and kept our money. All beaches are public and free so this was basically a rip-off anyway. We paid $122 for a car ride and to borrow snorkels when the water isn’t clear enough to snorkel anyway, but they don’t tell you that. On our waitress’s advice we took the public bus for $2.50 (US) each all the way to Cemetery Beach which was pristine and amazing. (Bus driver and passengers were all super friendly and told us all the pros and cons of every beach and it’s amenities and facilities; they loved sharing about their island.) At Cemetery beach there were trees for shade and picnic tables in the shade. Don’t waste money booking this package and being either stuck somewhere or hung out to dry if you experience travel delays. Enjoy Georgetown, go hop on the bus and go anywhere and everywhere you want for super cheap. Go to multiple beaches or just one. But this “deal” here is definitely not worth it.

Dear valued customer, Thank you for the feedback and we are sadden to hear that you missed all the exciting and cool things our shared tour offers. We understand that delays do occur specially when arriving via cruise ship - it happens literally every day. That is why our company has put in place protocols to ensure that any late shows are accommodated in a manner that it doesn't affect other customers who do arrive on time for their excursion. Indeed Grand Cayman has some of the best beaches in the Caribbean and that's the reason why we created this combo package to give visitors a unique opportunity to experience the world famous Seven Mile Beach, snorkel, relax, shop, sample locally made foods & drinks, learn interesting facts about the islands, glimpse at beautiful sites along the way and most importantly bond with the local people and tour guide, all for one price. If you are just looking for transfers to the beach then yes, there are other affordable options you may consider. Thanks again for visiting, please come back soon!

A $5 pp taxi ride from the port is a brand new public beach with shade trees, clear water for snorkeling, rentable beach chaise lounges, food service at the restaurant or delivered to you on the beach, showers, lockers and very clean modern facilities. All beaches in Grand Cayman are accessible to the public at the high water line so one can walk along Seven Mile Beach. This is a great shore excursion if you are on a cruise and you will save a lot of money. Security is present at the entrance and on the facility but are unobtrusive. There is no separate admission charge to the beach. Highly recommended.

We booked this through our cruise ship for 64.00 per person... that was our first mistake. Then when we get there we find a tiny beach jam packed with beach chairs 6 rows deep.

We picked seats in the second row, closest that we could get to the front, only to be told that we had to move because our 'reserved seats' were in a marked off section. We found the last 4 seats available, all the way in the back.

As you can see from the pictures, there is no view from back there and very little beach. The water was very crowded.

We got so frustrated that we left and walked down to one of the hotels that actually had beach front. We had a nice lunch enjoyed the water then cabbed back to the ship.

If you like crowded 'hot spots' then this is for you. I understand that the food is pretty good. We like a little room and a view with our beaches.
