top notch customer service

We were staying in Rum Point, which is quite a drive from George Town. Damo had no problems driving a paddle board over to us. He also spent several minutes showing us how to balance on it and giving tips. He definitely wants to make sure you have fun!

Johnny is amazing! Great company great service

It was a spur of the moment thing, we called Cayman Stand Up Paddle Co. and they delivered 2 paddle boards right on time, hauled them down to the beach and gave us all a lesson on how to ride and paddle them. 2 adults and 3 kids age 13, 10, and 7 (Girl, Girl, Boy). This kids just jumped right on these boards and mastered them in 5 minutes. Johnny gave us beginner boards, more stable and sized the paddles for the kids and us adults. Life jackets for the kids were all provided. We only ordered them for the half day but the kids and adults had so much fund when Johnny came back at 6pm to pick them up, we told him we wanted them for two more days, he cut an amazing deal right on the spot. These guys are real professionals, right on time, great service and great attitude, we highly recommend them as they make it so easy for a family to get into paddle boarding delivered right to the beach for you. Thanks for introducing us to this activity and making it fun. Good luck with the business we will be back and will order them for the week next time.

Damo's THE guy!

Our group of four had an wonderful experience today, thanks to Damo! None of us had ever paddle boarded before, and Damo gave us an excellent lesson and made us all feel comfortable. I am NOT at all athletic, and Damo put me on the perfect board for my "skill" level and abilities. I now LOVE paddle boarding! Damo also told us to take our time with the boards, take rests, hydrate, etc., and left the boards with us for much more than our 2 hour afternoon lesson. WE highly recommend Damo and Cayman Stand Up Paddle Co, and will be renting from them in the future!

very disppointing

I am an avid paddle boarder and reserved a half day rental approximately ten days before I was scheduled to be in Cayman. I planned my entire day around it. On the morning in question I emailed Joel at 830 to confirm, based upon conditions, where they recommended meeting that day. My email was ignored as was a follow up email 30 minutes later . Much later that night I finally received a response from Joel telling me he was in the ocean at 830 giving lessons and was so busy he couldn't have delivered a board anyway. Incredibly he then suggested I should have reserved the day before if I had wanted to go paddle boarding . I then reminded him that I had made a reservation ten days earlier. Needless to say he ignored my email no apology , nothing . Ruined my day. Not very professional

Let down

Based on the prior good reviews, I had high expectations for this service. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed.

Even though the company website says that weekly paddleboard rental is Monday through Friday, I had confirmed a Sunday 9 AM delivery with Johnny via email. I gave him my visa credit card number. However, Sunday passed, and by 10 AM on Monday, there was no paddleboard delivered. Johnny had not responded to emails or phone calls. My family was very frustrated and disappointed.

Fortunately, there are many other rental locations along 7 mile Beach. We ended up saving a ton of money by renting by the hour from these locations. I would highly recommend against expensive, unreliable weekly rental and delivery from this company.

Firstly i would just like to say we are sincerely sorry that you didn't receive the boards as previously arranged and to disappoint your family. We strive for good customer service and timeliness at CaymanSUPCo as can be seen in previous reviews so are disappointed we didn't meet it for you. Unfortunately for us both I had to leave last minute on a family emergency to England so was unavailable traveling. I hope you can appreciate this and think of using us again in the future. We have competitive rates at CaymanSUPCo and undoubtedly have the best quality boards on Island to go with a variety of tours so get in contact to find out more. Having taken on another employee this is something that would never be a problem again. Regards Jonny

Damo Delivers a Dynamo Experience!

Renting and getting lessons from Damo were an absolute trip highlight!
Engaging, flexible, professional and entertaining are only the start! Damo gave me a first rate lesson and I appreciated how he tailored it to my physical abilities and the care given to water safety and environmental awareness needed on the open water.
I endorse him fully and his many years on the island and personal attention easily put him above his competitors.
Additionally, I requested a tour service not advertised and he readily accommodated it and exceeded my family's expectations. He is a gem and genuinely offers exceptional experiences!

Best Paddle Board Company Around

Damo is extremely accommodating, he dropped off the paddle board to our condo on 7 mile beach based on our schedule. The day we rented a paddle board from Damo the water was uncharacteristically choppy with much larger than average waves. Damo basically gave us a free lesson for nearly an hour, he jumped in the water with us and showed us the correct way to handle the paddle board and yourself in large waves. I would definitely recommend renting from Cayman Stand Up Paddle Co, you won't regret it.

Damo is the man for paddleboarding!

We called Damo and he had the boards delivered to our condo within an hour. He gave us instructions and advise since we were first-timers. He picked them up that afternoon. Couldn't ask for better service!!

Absolutely hands down the best paddle rental ever

So I called Cayman Stand Up Paddle Co (CSUPC) on a random Wednesday hoping to rent on Thursday. Damo answered the phone and from minute one we were friends. He delivered our boards, gave us a quick lesson and we were off. The boards were great and sure that's really it but let me tell you Damo lives breathes and maybe eats, he is really fit, paddle boards. His passion for the sport is nothing short of magic. Using a business were the owners are this passionate about what they do. Wow. You will not be sorry renting here.

Great lesson

What a find! I highly recommend Damo of Cayman Stand Up Paddle Co. Our group of 4 had a little prior SUP experience and wanted to try SUP on Grand Cayman. Damo was extremely responsive and flexible in setting up our lesson. The lesson was very thorough, engaging, appropriate safety-focused and nicely tuned for the kids in our group. On the water, Damo was very patient with the youngest in our group, who needed some extra encouragement to build confidence.
