Do NOT use this business. After doing online reservation and an email from them to confirm. I learned via by email to confirm prior to cruise. They decided to ditch my family and book a Pvt group. I guess the money talks and NOT customer service. Not reliable at all. Not worth the bucks you spend here. Go elsewhere. RUN... More

In response to your review I must point out some very important details regarding this reservation. First of all, I sent a timely response to your initial reservation. In that response I gave some general information regarding checking in. I also asked you to acknowledge receipt, which you did not do. Three days later. I sent another follow up message... More

We booked this tour with our friends for a day our cruise ship was at Cayman. We did not book it through the cruise line. It was easy to find them as we got off the ship - just looked for their sign. We were then transferred by van to their boat which appears to be at their house. There... More

We had been on this excursion with another company, and we expected to be crowded on the boat. There were 6 of us on this excursion and we got so much time snorkeling time with the stingrays. The crew made it an amazing experience. Best tour for the price!!! We are going back in July and we are booking an... More

We visited Stingray City with Soto's during a recent family vacation and had a great time. The boat is smaller than most others that were there which made the visit even better, maybe 20 total on our boat. Our group varied in age from 5 to 50 and the crew was very accomodating, the first mate was great and handled... More

We booked a stingray city tour with this company for our last day in the Cayman Islands. We booked three days in advance for a 1pm start, and we were supposed to be picked up at 12:30pm. On the day of the tour they sent an email at 10:30am informing us that they cancelled the tour because another family dropped... More

Kindly note that I did try to contact you by telephone several times in the morning, specifically so that you would not have to wait last minute to reserve with another operator. I did not receive an answer and therefore left earlier telephone messages. Then, I followed it with a courtesy email. This procedure is top priority for me because... More

We arrived on MCS cruise to Grand Cayman and Kerry was waiting for us. The crew was very friendly and knowledgeable! Also a good think about the Soto's Cruises is that the boats are not as big and crowded as the other ones we saw in Sting ray city, so you end up having a more relaxed experience. I highly... More

I have been on 6-7 Stingray City tours with this company. Every year that we visit Cayman we always look up Sotos so we can see the stingrays. They have alway had great crew members, been the cheapest and had the least crowded boats. This has always been very appealing and the reason why we look them up every year.... More

I thank you for your comments. I am sorry that we were unable to assist you on a morning tour as they were not available at that time. Crew members have changed on our tours, however, they are trained, knowledgeable and are dedicated and passionate to showing everyone on board a great time. Our boat has a 40 passenger capacity... Let me begin with Kerry is very sweet and responsive. Prior to our cruise we were in email communication and she was awesome! Once we got to the port, I don't know what happened....miscommunication? First, I asked for the boat max capacity and was told it holds up to 50 but they take no more than 25 for passenger comfort.... More

We arrived at the Grand Cayman port on Celebrity Reflection cruise line and were suppose to originally go on a snorkel cruise through the ship. Unfortunately, the Celebrity Reflection crew was the most incompetent group of idiots I've ever seen trying to disembark people for excursions through their tenders. Weather was perfect so there was no excuse other than stupidity... More
