The staff was amazing and very kind. It would've been fun to add some time just zooming around Camana Bay area. Getting to know and use the segway's a bit more.

We just "dropped in" for Segway ride and they could not have been more accomodating! We quit booking through the cruise ships because they are getting too pricey. So we showed up and got right on the next tour. Very nicely run!

We rode the Segways on a narrow sidewalk next to a busy road with lots of traffic. On two occasions, the guides stopped traffic so we could cross to the other side. I would not recommend this tour. The Segways were fun but need to be ridden in a less busy traffic area. The

Thank you for your feedback. Our tours have a safety rate of approx. 98% and majority of persons that have toured with us have enjoyed their experience as per our reviews. We have 3 guides on tour which enhances the safety of our tours so your comment about our tour being "very dangerous" is inaccurate. We are sure you felt safe on tour especially with the repetitive explanations or heads up with regards to safety hazards from your the lead guide via radio communication. Safety is our number one priority and we will continue to ensure guests are safe and have an enjoyable experience even if it means stopping traffic so we can safely have our guests cross the street. It is unfortunate you did not enjoy your experience but Our Tour is far from dangerous as you mentioned. The facts speak volume.

The first day we had scheduled got pushed back a day because some cruise boat tour was late so they wouldn't have time to charge the Segways, not a big deal we shuffled some plans around to accommodate them. We showed up the next day and got ready to ride when a last minute dad

Thank you for your feedback. You should not mention things that are not factual. The others that joined your tour had booked the tour days prior to tour date. When you book a tour, it is not guaranteed that your party will be the only ones on tour as our tours are open to having others join once they book in advance. You should not assume regarding the kids age. We are highly professional and every rider including yourself has to be assessed with regards to age or ability to ride etc before you can take our tour. We did a proper assessment of everyone on the tour. Wow you are very dishonest to mention that the kid crashed into the street or had an incident. We understand you did not have a good experience as you wanted a private experience with your family but you didn't have to make up lies as a result. You should be ashamed of yourself for such dishonesty. Our beaches in the Cayman Islands are public which means everyone is welcomed to roam and enjoy the beach experience.
