Stingray City boat tours in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands. I’m Mark Button,...

Stingray City boat tours in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands. I’m Mark Button, and I would like to warmly welcome you aboard Moby Dick Tours. I’m an English guy who fell in love with the Cayman Islands fifteen years ago, and I’ve lived here ever since, having recently gained my joint citizenship. I started Moby Dick Tours so that I could share with you some of the amazing experiences here in Cayman, especially the famous Stingray City, one of the most amazing places in the world.I saw the opportunity to bring professionalism and the highest standards of customer care to the tour industry here in Cayman, and together with my partner Richard, we have brought together the best people and the best equipment, to ensure your excursion with us will live on in your mind as one of the most special experiences you have ever had. I’ve made literally thousands of trips to Stingray City over the past ten years, but I never cease to be amazed and humbled by these beautiful creatures who choose to come and interact with us. And I’m sure you’ll feel the same, too. It gives me enormous pleasure to share the experience afresh, as I bring new people to this wonderful and unique place. As most of our clients come from visiting cruise ships, we know exactly what you need. So let us worry about getting you from the dock in own custom built bus, and back again safely in time for your sailing. That leaves you free to worry about nothing except having a fantastic time!

My family of 4, including a 13 yr old and a 19 yr old, just got back from our Carnival cruise with Grand Cayman being our last port. We were there on June 8, 2012. I never book through the ship and was happy when I found Moby Dick tours online to book with. They do not require a deposit... More

Great group of guys on a smaller boat. It was a really personalized experience. Reef diving was fun, equipment was good, and the stingrays were awsome. The guides actually knew the fish individually. Compared to a previous captive stingray experience on a cruise company private island, this was amazing. I have pictures of the stingrays climbing up my delighted 12-year-old's... More

We arrived aboard the Disney Fantasy. Had no problem finding Moby Dick Tours. We booked on line before our cruise. Everything went very well as everyone else here has said. I loved feeding and holding the rays; I even kissed one. Take a throw away, underwater camera for great pictures. The only thing I would add that I have not... More

Our tour was in May 2012, around Mothers day. The Moby Dick Tour was outstanding. The crew was totally professional, funny, helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Five friends went on this tour and we all agreed it was the best day outing of the entire cruise. When we were in the water with the stingrays, they made up completely comfortable. If... More

We were getting off Carnival Conquest. Everyone takes a tender to shore. They have a bright blue tent set up in center of the square. You do a short bus ride to medium size boat. Aprox. 30 minutes out, you step off the boat on clear water in chest high water. I don't swim and was ok in the water.... More

This was my second time to experience StingRay City. This tour operator was by far the best. This is not a large boat so you can experience a more one on one time with the rays. If you want: feed, kiss, and hold the rays. My guide even let the ray give me a back rub! You will also be... More

My and did tour while we ported off the Carnival Valor. The sting rays are incredible creatures and coral reef is beautiful. I did lose my wedding band in water so my wife was pissed the rest of our cruise. This was great tour.

We went on the swimming with stingrays and snorkling tour. Our guides were nice and unlike the other tours and guides at Stingray City (where the stingrays are) our guides were able to hold the stingrays and provide education on them. We posed for pictures and were able to feed them without paying extra like other tours. They taught us... More

A great snorkeling and Stingray City tour in Grand Cayman! The staff was great and made sure we were all having fun. It was easy to find them after getting off our cruise ship, and after meeting/paying we got on their bus for about a 10 min ride to their boat. The boat is medium-sized and in good condition. Restrooms,... More

We chose to book directly with Moby Dick Tours rather than an excursion through our cruise ship and we're glad we did. It was a much smaller and more personal group. Mark and the staff are very funny and you can tell they enjoy what they do. Loved it!
