Stingray City boat tours in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands. I’m Mark Button,...

Stingray City boat tours in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands. I’m Mark Button, and I would like to warmly welcome you aboard Moby Dick Tours. I’m an English guy who fell in love with the Cayman Islands fifteen years ago, and I’ve lived here ever since, having recently gained my joint citizenship. I started Moby Dick Tours so that I could share with you some of the amazing experiences here in Cayman, especially the famous Stingray City, one of the most amazing places in the world.I saw the opportunity to bring professionalism and the highest standards of customer care to the tour industry here in Cayman, and together with my partner Richard, we have brought together the best people and the best equipment, to ensure your excursion with us will live on in your mind as one of the most special experiences you have ever had. I’ve made literally thousands of trips to Stingray City over the past ten years, but I never cease to be amazed and humbled by these beautiful creatures who choose to come and interact with us. And I’m sure you’ll feel the same, too. It gives me enormous pleasure to share the experience afresh, as I bring new people to this wonderful and unique place. As most of our clients come from visiting cruise ships, we know exactly what you need. So let us worry about getting you from the dock in own custom built bus, and back again safely in time for your sailing. That leaves you free to worry about nothing except having a fantastic time!

Snorkelling on the reef was really fun, but the sting rays were the highlight of this little tour. It's slightly unnerving at first, knowing they are swimming around your feet but they are actually extremely gentle and holding them was very nice. Our two tour guides were really friendly as well.

We booked this trip privately before we commenced our cruise, and I have to say the customer service was fantastic. They were waiting for us as we came in on our tender, and took us right to the boat. Both forms of transport were extremely clean and comfortable. The explanantion of how to behave around the sting rays was entertainment... More

These guys have got it all! Mark, Richard and the younger local guy with the prettiest eyes! (The name has slipped my memory but I'm sure you can call him "pretty eyes ") I have lived here 3 years and have gone on their tour numerous times. Always such great service and some great laughs! We arrived in Cayman during an unusually windy period and immediately began looking for a stingray city tour. After reasearching a few tour companies we settled on Moby Dick as it appeared we would have a more personable experience, and that became apparent from our first email correspondence. Mark was fantastic to deal with, prompt in responding and able to book... More

No recommendation, never We booked the stingray city tour with Moby Dick Tours in advance to our cruise. The tour started at 8.45 am at the pier. Unfortunately our cruise ship stopped tendering for about 30 minutes; apparently one tender boat was broken. So we arrived 10 minutes too late at the pier. Moby Dick tour was already gone. We... Seems to be a miss understanding here. Winnie was on the German ship that came in at 7.26am the tour was scheduled for 8.45am. We find the German people to be very prompt at disembarking the ship and as normal they all got to me in plenty of time, most had arrived before 8am. We were not missing anyone apart... More

We booked this excursion independent of our cruise, we were met at the port just as described and it was an amazing time for everyone. We love snorkeling in the reefs and being able to spend time with the stingrays was amazing. It was everyone's favorite part of our trip! I would highly recommend them over the cruise excursions!

WOW!! This was amazing!! The owners were knowledgeable, friendly, and had great sense of humors. They made sure everyone who wanted to hold and interact with the stingrays, were able to do so. The excursion was affordable and fun. Will definitely use them again.

Visited Grand Cayman on Carnival and booked independently with Moby Dick Tours. Although it was a bit windy, they warned us ahead of time. We were the only tour that was able to snorkel as well as visit Stingray City. We were able to feed and hold stingrays. Would use them again if we go to Grand Cayman!
