Les was an active participant from the planning process to the day of the charter. He was knowledgeable and caring throughout our trip. Les’ attention to detail and knowledge of the experiences (stingray city, snorkeling, and starfish beach) were superb. He made everyone feel comfortable and included. He provided an assortment of fruit and waters which was super helpful considering we left our cooler at the place we were staying. I can not say enough about this man and his professionalism. Thank you Les for all you did for our family and the memories you helped us create! We have utilized many charters but none match the expertise and attention to detail like Les.

Absolutely amazing! Les gave us the best snorkeling experience I've ever had. We've snorkeled in Hawaii, St John, Cabo, Cancun, and Cozumel and this was the top!

The highlight of our trip to Grand Cayman was with Captain Les! He welcomed us onboard his very spacious and lovely boat "Witchy Poo." He was wonderfully helpful from the moment I first reached out. Upon sharing the dates of our stay, Capt. Les took it upon himself to check the cruise schedule and weather to help us find a day that would be less crowded AND the most likely for warm sunny skies in the forecast. We truly lucked out as it ended up being the sunniest day of our trip with beautiful clear waters as far as they eye could see. We were the only boat when we arrived to our first snorkel spot and enjoyed the reef to ourselves for a bit to explore. Captain Les' expert knowledge of the area allowed us to see and do everything we had hoped during our half-day private boat tour - we snorkeled amongst stingray, fish, and coral reefs. We held stingray and starfish. We enjoyed pina coladas at Kaibo. It truly was a day we won't soon forget. Thank you, Capt. Les! We look forward to visiting again.

We had an amazing time with Les, he was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, lots of fun and went out of his way to make our experience incredible and memorable. If you are going to book anything in the Cayman Islands, book Les Sanders for a boat trip to see and hold stingrays, starfish, and see beautiful coral reefs. 10/10!!!!

Absolute highlight of our recent trip to Grand Cayman! Captain Les took us to some beautiful spots and really looked after us. We had an amazing experience swimming with the stingrays, visiting the coral garden and spending time with the starfish. We felt so relaxed and had the best time with our family who live on the island. Thanks to Captain Les and Witchy Poo!

Had an amazing day out with Captain Les and our family. Wasn't quite prepared for how much I would enjoy each of the stops (stingrays, coral garden and starfish island), but this was in large part down to Captain Les being such a superb guide! He was extremely friendly and made the day extra special. Despite being a non-swimmer, I was still able to take part in the snorkeling through Captain Les's help (life jacket and floatation ring), which I hugely appreciated and meant that I didn't miss out on what was an amazing part of a spectacular day. Thanks so much Captain Les, for a truly unforgettable experience! (And Nick and Emme for arranging)

We recently did a charter with Les to Stingray City and a couple of snorkel spots. The weather was windy and we were very impressed with how Les managed to get us in the perfect spot to see the rays and snorkel. His knowledge of the Bay and the rays is incredible. He also is a very kind person. I would highly recommend Elite Cayman Charters.

Our trip with Les was a true highlight of our entire vacation. He was very professional when it came to safety around the boat and in the water. Les quickly tuned into our group and offered an amazing experience that catered to us perfectly. We spent quality time with the sting rays, and enjoyed terrific snorkeling.

Our family of 5 recently spent the day out on the water with Captain Les.
We traveled to Grand Cayman via a cruise ship and knew we wanted something beyond the typical group tour cruise excursions. Our trip was perfect and exactly what we hoped it would be. We were able to snorkel in two locations, visited Starfish point, and played with the sting rays. Les was thoughtful enough to bring us to see the stingrays after most of the other boats and tours had left that location so it wasn't crowded at all. He was great with us and our three boys- providing & helping with snorkel equipment, feeding the stingrays, and answering a variety of questions. We would not hesitate to recommend him or to book with him again when we return to Grand Cayman.

Captain Les was an absolute pleasure to spend the day with and Witchy Poo was perfect for our family. He was so kind and knowledgeable and great with our children. Taught us all about the stingrays and we had a fabulous full day with him. He was flexible with what we wanted to do as well. Highly recommend and would definitely charter with him again!
