We wanted to visit the new attraction on GC - the Crystal caves. We chose Majestic for transportation there and back. It was a nice airconditioned bus and the driver was informative and pleasant. Caves were a good attraction to visit if you have done all the other things on GC.

For seven people it was an easy task to reserve this transportation and fairly cost effective considering the price of transportation on the island. We were met upon exit of customers and brought right to the large van and 15 minutes later at the Ritz. Our guide was happy to stop at the grocery store and liquor stores our way. Unfortunately, stores are closed on Sunday but we did go to. 24 hour mart to purchase water. However, little did we know that the Ritz provides unlimited water.

Romane was fantastic! What a wonderful way to be treated upon our arrival at the airport. He was just wonderful!

The low score is not a true reflection of our visit to Longleat to view the xmas lights. We were bitterly dissapointed when we were told that we had to be back to coach and to leave dead on 6 o'clock. We were given about 1 hour 15mins to complete this exercise (in darkness). Without the help of all the marvellous stewards we would not have accomplished half of what we did. In the itinerary it said Leave Longleat at 7 o'clock. This would have given us an hour more. It does say in Majestic small print that plans can alter at the drivers discretion. It would appear that the driver on this occasion was off duty once we got back to the hotel and would be returning to his home, and to be replaced by another driver. The lights were absolutely amazing. I am fully ambulant and with stewards help rushed around each of the 3 routes, but people not so ambulant would have struggled to do the same. Would have definitely considered xmas lights at Blenheim this year but because of uncertainty on alloted time for lights, I will not be looking at Majestic fir this event. The trip as a whole was good value for money.

We have taken private island tours in most of the places we have been. This trip we had a family of 8 and went with Majestic Tours to see the island (Private), very disappointed in the tour. The driver was punctual, but not every informative driving around the island in fact barely talked and no music for 4 hours. We were to stop at many places and he stopped at very few, and only after I said this was crazy all we are doing is sitting in a van. We stopped at Hell which we get a kick out of seeing as we have been here before and were bringing some others new to the island with us. The driver sat in the van, did not interact, did not offer to take photos as we have encountered in the past. Then we drove forever. Finally I said something and we made a few stops along the way, but still he did not offer to take photos of my family, at the blow holes, I finally asked him so I could be in one photo at least. I always bring tip money and watching other people tip, when we go on group excursions, feel we are above average to great tippers. This time, I actually only tipped half of what I brought as I did not think he was worth it, and I only tipped that because, he did drive, and got us back safe, otherwise I would not have tipped at all. Find another company. Sorry can't even remember his name as it was not a memorable trip.

Wonderful option for transportation from and to airport! Our drivers were wonderful! Leroy (Leron?) went above and beyond for us - it was pouring rain when we arrived at our condo, he went into the condo office and brought out our paperwork and keys for the condo to the van so we wouldn't have to get wet. He went in and out of the office a couple more times and then unloaded our luggage and us right into a dry area. Our return driver was also very friendly. Would definitely recommend this company!

We took a tour of Crystal Caves on March 6. Our driver was William and he did an excellent job. He was not only a good driver but gave highlights of the area as we drove to and from the Caves. The tour was on time and lasted the advertised three hours. This was important to us as my husband and I and two other couples on the tour were traveling on a cruise ship and had a very tight schedule.

Sadly I don't remember our guides name but he was awesome!! On our way to the crystal caves he was very informative about the island and pointed out things on the way. Once we were at the crystal caves tour he refused to let our group go with huge groups because he wanted up to enjoy our experience and to be able to hear the guide! I was very grateful for his hospitality!!

Excellent detailed tour to get to know local culture, hotel culture, restaurants and major points of interest. My only negative comment is that the tour guide's English is a little hard to understand. even so, he really thorough with his itinerary. I would highly recommend this tour venue.

I am trying reviews on Majestic Tours for airport transportation for 89 people but they only have 1 review. If there are other places in Grand Cayman to get from GCM to 7 Mile beach please let me know. Thanks in advance for your help

You can contact Nan at Cayman Luxury Excursions. She is wonderful and her service is great for groups. Its $175 for the whole van for up to 11 people
