My friends and I did the open water course with these guys and we are so grateful we picked them instead of all the other alternatives on the island. Alex and JP were phenomenal! On our first day I was struggling filling up the mask with water so JP stayed with me until I nailed it and Alex kept working with the rest of my friends. Next day I couldn't remove my mask, I felt like I was so behind from everyone else so I got really upset (it was awful). I told Alex I wasn't gonna be able to dive and that it wasn't my thing. Luckily I gave it a second chance and the amazing Alex agreed to have a one on one with me. Thanks to these guys I got certified! The reason why I write this review is because I thought I couldn't dive and now I am certified. If can do this, you can do it too! Do yourself a favor and book your course with Red Sail and make sure you get Alex or JP or both!!!

The staff are super nice and friendly, the boat is beautifiul. My kids love the tour so much and wanted to go back the day after. I strongly recommended this tour for family. Hope you'll enjoy it as much as we do.

Upon arrival at the shop great welcome by james walked down to the boat where they requested we wore masks for the public on the dock. Onto the very spacious boat where we were met by paul and a couple of other staff (sorry I forget you names) they could not do enough to help with gear and fully informative boat briefing. The crew continued to be great on the chilled ride out to the dive site where they asked for any requests sharks please!!! We geared up jumped in the crew handed all the camera equipment down we dropped Down instantly 6 foot reef shark smudge. We just chilled with the shark for the whole dive. We surfaced whine crew jumped into action grabbing camera gear and helping out as much as possible. Slow drive over to the next dive site Again crew amazing helped in every way they could crises around a beautiful reef for the second dive where some beautiful macro life was pointed out to us with cameras. Back on the surface slow drive back to the dock the team up at tortuga divers was amazing could not ask for more great team great dive fun guys who clearly love to have fun and help out definitely would recommend a trip with them.

The diving was awesome, great conditions and visibility. Bonus to have a large amount of silversides one the Kittiwake. RedSail have gone to great lengths to ensure diving during the Covid-19 period is as safe and enjoyable as possible. Large boats means social distancing is not a problem. Clear instructions from staff meant everyone was well briefed on where the could go, what to to touch and what normal creature comforts are not currently available and the sensible reasons why. The team, Mark, Alex and JP kept a very clean and tidy boat with regular wipe downs through the duration of the morning. We were disinfected and rinsed after each dive and hoses provided (pointed away for the boat) to rinse your gear with further should you desire. Considerations on social distancing even went as far as 6ft knots in the rope if people were holding onto that pre leaving the water. All in all a very professional and well considered approach.
