About
Merander Stevens, Owner of A Touch of the Caribbean Day Spa, has managed to transform an unremarkable journey into something of a success story. This hardworking young lady is a wife, a mother of two adorable children and the proud owner of "A Touch of the Caribbean Day Spa", a local Spa business, established in 2012, Virgin Gorda BVI. It was no easy task leaving her young child to attend the Sterling Health Centre in Dallas, Texas but that she did to follow her dreams. She became a certified massage therapist and esthetician, specialize in Deep Tissue Massage, sports Massage, traumatic injury, pregnancy, headache relief and many more and is very good to the people she touches, whether she remains at her stationary location, or goes to a service call! She and her team has that special touch!

We visited Virgin Gordabfor the second time in June of 2016. Like last year we booked several massages with Merander. Merander is the BEST! She has amazing and healing hands! So grateful to have been able to meet her!

I'm a very hard working man and after 6 days of
working hard I had to treat myself with a spa treatment
& Touch of the Caribbean was my choice & wow was it a good one too.
From I enter the spa I somehow felt so relax. The lady give me my treatment knows 100% what she's doing, it was like my body was talking with her hands. I have had
many spa treatments before both locally & not none local before but I promise you
I had northing better than the (Touch Of The Caribbean) & really can't for my next treatment. If on Virgin Gorda please visit *Touch Of The Caribbean*

Was truly and amazing and relaxing experience. The staff was very accommodating. She worked magic on my toes. Anticipating my new visit. A must have for your self pampering or gift for a loved one.

This spa was recommended to me by my hotel. It's in Spanish Town, walking distance from Fischer's Cove Beach Hotel.
It is a small, intimate and efficiently run spa offering a wide variety of services. I had the exfoliating scrub. The bonus was it was like two treatments in one which only doubled my pleasure.
First, experience the scrub, then the application of an aromatic lotion. It was like two massages for the price of one treatment. Another bonus is the reasonableness of their fees.
Steal away from your party and treat yourself to some pampering.

My hubby and I rented Bellamare on Mahoe Bay for a month recently. We scheduled Merander to come to our villa each Tuesday afternoon for four 60-90 minute massages. Every single person that she touched said that her massage was the best massage of their life! I had three massages from her and just fell in love with this sweet and nurturing and hard working woman. Merander, you touched several souls last month and are loved by all in our group! If anyone reads this while vacationing on Virgin Gorda, schedule this amazing lady for a massage!

A Touch of the Caribbean came to our Villa On the Rocks and 6 of us had a fantastic experience. The therapists were professional, polite and best of all their hands were amazing. All 6 of us agreed that we had one of the best massages we have had.
The setting and the relaxation of being on vacation was wonderful but the massage put the icing on the cake. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend A Touch of the Caribbean. Best massage on the island!!!

I often visit A Touch of the Caribbean Spa, to get manicures, pedicures and waxing done. They also do great facials! The owner, Merander takes pride in providing her clients with the best level of service and also stays up on the latest trends in the beauty industry, using organic products like Zoya. Her spa is immaculate and she ensures her clients are well taken care of.....Visit A Touch of the Caribbean Day Spa....you won't be disappointed!!! :-)

Merander is the very best! She knows the workings of the body so well that when you have a pain she knows where to massage to get rid of it. We call her every time we come to Virgin Gorda. This is our fifth time here and we love her.
