Hello! Yes, Speedy's does island tours via some of the cruises that visit the BVI, like Norwegian, not Disney, and you can just walk from Tortola Pier Park to the ferry dock and book the excursion right there, at the Speedy's counter. The Speedy's ferry schedules are on their website and details about the excursions and tours too.

It depends where you are going, but you need to take a taxi to it. either to Charlotte Amalie or Red Hook. You don't need tickets in advance. RT tickets are a bit cheaper but I don't recommend them because you have more choices if you buy them independently, but can purchase them. You need to know the exact ferry you want to take on the way back when you buy the RT ticket.
Google the best of BVI ferry schedules, it's a very helpful site.
