Great short excursion

We took our 4 year old granddaughter out on this ship when it was in Port Colborne for canal days. The pirates(staff) were fantastic with her, especially Olivia. Our granddaughter had a great time, helping to hoist the sails, walking out on the bowsprit, steering the ship and swinging on the rope. The commentary at the end was very informative. The fee charged was well worth it.

We were all set to take this excursion but unfortunately there was a problem with the drive shaft so the excursion had to be cancelled. Disappointed as we were, the owner was very apologetic and both himself and Shore Excursions Group notified us right away and we made alternate plans. Both the tour operator and Shore Excursions Group were great at handling the situation and I had received my refund to my credit card before I returned home. Will attempt this excursion again at a future date and would never hesitate to recommend Shore Excursions Group to anyone. We have used them several times in the past and each time the results have been excellent.
