Took this ferry from Tortola to Virgin Gorda few weeks ago. Ferry left on time. There is wifi onboard and someone comes around to collect your ticket and give you a bottle of water for free.
Ferry was large and comfortable, clean as well. Will be looking to book on Sensation ferries again when I next need to travel.

We had a short time in port off an NCL cruise. I looked up the ferry time to Virgin Gorda and contacted Sensations who assured me that they leave on time and that we would have no trouble making our all aboard time even though there was only fifteen minutes between our return to Road Town and the all aboard time. They were true to their word. We departed on time, arrived on time and made our all aboard time. In the meantime the ferry was clean, comfortable and quick. The staff was friendly and professional. I'd book it again.

We paid $28 USD round trip from BVI to the baths. This included a water bottle on the way there, juice on the way back, and a shuttle to and from the baths once on the island. The ferry had wifi and the staff were pleasant. I highly recommend Sensation Ferries.

We arrived in Road Town on the Regal Princess and headed for the ferry terminal. We planned to spend a day snorkeling at Virgin Gorda and The Baths. Upon arrival to the ferry terminal, we were greeted by a representative of Sensations Ferry Service. We had planned to take Speed’s because we have always used them in the past. Sensations was the same price but left Road Town 20 minutes earlier. We were told the ferry left at 10:20 and there was a ferry back at 1:45, I believe 3:45 and 4:45. We paid for the ferry and planned to return from Virgin Gouda on the ferry that returned around 3:45 (it may have been 3:30).
When we arrived at Virgin Gorda and met the driver who would take us to The Baths, he informed us we needed to be back in time for the 1:45 ferry because the 3:45 or 3:30 ferry wasn’t going to be running. The 4:45 ferry would be cutting it too close to get back to the boat. The group of 17 people on the ride were extremely frustrated. This change would cut our time snorkeling by 2 full hours. When we asked why, we got different answers. The driver said the port authority wasn’t allowing them to do the afternoon ferry ride, another person said the Princess ship had booked the boat for their excursion, another person said there was a mechanical issue.
Needless to say, if we had known there was going to be 2 hours less time at Virgin Gorda, we would have taken the Speedy’s ferry.
Once we returned back to Road Town I asked the lady who sold us the tickets why the afternoon ferry had been canceled. She didn’t have a clue it was canceled and made a phone call. We were offered no apology or compensation for our time being cut short.
Both Sensations and Speedy’s offer service from Road Town to Virgin Gorda. Check the schedules carefully (which we did) and chose wisely. Give the opportunity again, I would pick Speedy’s Ferry Service. The boat staff was great, but spending 2 hours less time on the island didn’t make the charge or the travel time worth using Sensations Ferry service. We have made this same trip 4 times before, but always with Speedy’s. Our next trip will not be with Sensations.

We traveled from Tortola to Virgin Gorda on the Sensation, a short 20 minute ride. The ferry was new and has an upper open deck with seating, if you prefer to be in the open air. A crew member offered us a round trip taxi service to and fro from the baths for $8 per person. This was very convenient and allowed us to travel and spend time at the baths and Devils beach efficiently.

Did you book the Ferry and taxi separately or did you prebook an excursion to the Baths?

The crew sold us tickets at $8 per person on the ferry. We did not prebook.
However, this was off season, so I am not sure how things are when the tourist season is on.
