My wife and I booked a day trip last week, and the experience was outstanding. We were a bit apprehensive about booking a shared charter, as we are not loud, party-minded travelers. There were 25 passengers although it didn't feel like it - there was plenty of space. I learned they limit passengers to 25 per booking. They don't mix cruise passengers with "islanders" which was nice. Ours was an islander booking. There was a party of 8, 7, a family of 4, and three couples, with ages ranging from ~11/12 to 60ish. It turned out to be fine. The three crew were very friendly and attentive. They made sure all passengers/groups were enjoying themselves, whether with drinks, or snorkeling. There were good drinks and snacks provided throughout, and none of the stops felt rushed. While the locations were actually not spectacular (we've been to a wide range of snorkeling locations throughout the Caribbean), they were decent, and for a casual traveler, good enough. One has to keep in mind that Hurricane Irma destroyed much of the shallow water reefs. Locations can vary depending on weather, and there was choppy water and some rain, which put as at an alternate location for one of the snorkel stops.
It is always the case that weather plays into which stops are made. The highlight was a very active octopus in shallow water. The few octopi we've seen previously are shy and half-hidden. Snorkeling equipment was good quality. The lunch stop at Willie T's was fun. I would definitely consider Aristocat charters for a fun full day of snorkeling in the BVIs!

Wish I could give 10 stars, what a wonderful experience. We spent a week on the island but our 2 sailing days were by far, the best! Everything about it was amazing...the snorkeling, the sea turtles, the lunches, Willy T, Soggy Dollar. Scott and Glen were born to do this and I highly recommend sailing with Aristocat Charters.

This was the best day ever! Scott and his crew members (including adorable mascot Mocha) were marvelous hosts. Scott is so enthusiastic, knowledgeable and fun! The sails were up and we were "flying"! We love the refreshing drinks, and the treats were delicious and unexpected. Katie (first mate) kindly called ahead to order our lunches at Cooper Island Resort (which was great). The value for the money is excellent! We even had an extra hour for the charter. Scott sure knows how to find the best snorkle spots. Even the rain storm was exciting at the end (the clear curtains were put down quickly so we could stay dry if we wanted), and the rainbows were quite the show! The docking location in Nanny Cay is so convenient. We will definitely book again with Aristocat when next we return to Tortola. Thabks again, Scott. You're the best.

There were 5 of us - 2 couples in their 50s & my 23 year old daughter. We had a BLAST! We left from Nanny Cay & made three stops. We snorkeled the Caves at Norman Island, then we had lunch at the famous Willy T's floating barge & then sailed by the Indians with a final stop at Peter Island where we could swim in the bay & swim to shore. The crew of Jorn & Luan were gracious & attentive to our needs for the whole trip. They even unfurled the sails so we could sail back to the harbor. We had a perfect day with them! Also want to comment on the thorough communication by email before we booked, after we booked & reminders before we sailed!
We would recommend a day with Aristocat Charters & would sail with them again next time we go to BVI!

We booked the Day Sail for our stop in Tortola while on a Disney cruise. Everything about the day was great! We were met on time in the designated pickup location by Captain Jorn and Luan. The meeting spot is only a few minutes walk from the cruise terminal and the provided directions made it easy to find the location. Be prepared to leave your shoes in a basket and board the catamaran barefoot.
We were first taken to two fun snorkel spots and the crew provided anything you might need - masks, snorkels, fins, pool noodles, snorkel vests, etc. After the first stops, we made our way to Willy T's floating restaurant and bar mid day, which was parked in an isolated bay with gorgeous views. When lunch is over, they throw your left overs right into the water and everyone gets to watch the huge tarpon and other fish come up to eat. After lunch we made one more snorkel stop closer to a beach area. We were able to see lots of fish, coral, and huge urchins.
Jorn and Luan were great hosts for the day. They were friendly, informative, and made the trip so much fun. The catamaran was awesome; nice and spacious and not crowded on our sailing. They provide a wide variety of beverages for guests and came around with several different snacks during the day. Our 10 year old LOVED spending time on the nets and in the front deck chair getting splashed as we sailed. The boat did have a bathroom available.
Captain Jorn made sure we were back to the marina in plenty of time to catch our cruise ship before our all aboard time. This was a great experience and we've already started recommending it to friends and future cruisers online. We will for sure be return guests on our next stop in Tortola.

We booked a charter in August 22 as part of an excursion on a Disney Cruise. The marina the boat leaves from is a short walk from the cruise port. We were on of four or five families on board. I thought it would be cramped but we were all quite comfortable. There were more than enough refreshments to go around and our two crew were fun, attentive, and professional. The cruise itself was delightful with a bit of motoring and a bit if sailing. The snorkeling spots were great and we saw a bunch of wildlife including rays, sea turtles and a variety of fish. The crew was knowledgeable in identifying everything we described. Lunch was supposed to be at a beach bar but it was closed. The crew pivoted quickly and we tied up to Willy T’s for lunch which was great and fun. Overall, this was a fantastic cruise on a great boat with a great view. No complaints except a sunburn from way too much snorkeling and not enough sunscreen! We’d happily book again!

My experience with Aristocat Charted was amazing! My group loved them so much we booked a second boat day during our trip. The captains are very skilled, and the teams worked so well together. I was traveling with a group of 14 girls and they let us play our music, sit on the front of the boat, play with their dog, and they offered food and drinks the entire trip. The food was surprisingly really good! I wasn’t sure what to expect on a boat but there were mini sandwiches, amazing potato salad, four bean salad, and fruit. They explained every stop we took and were a lot of fun!

Captain Kay and Glenn were amazing. Rented vessel for the day and casually spent time at three stops to snorkel, paddle board, play and drink in (figuratively and literally) the beauty and experience. Kay was a wealth of knowledge able to share stories of both sides of the Atlantic. Glenn mixes an incredible painkiller and quick to engage with his adventures from Johannesburg to Tortola. Can’t recommend this adventure enough, the personalized experience left us with lifetime memories. We had 11 friends/family in our group and everyone raved about the day.

We went on two shared Daysails with Aristocrat - one to Jost Van Dyke and one to Peter/Norman Island. Captain Jorn and first mate Luan were so fun and great guides. Depending on how long your stay is, I’d definitely recommend booking in advance - we would have done a few more sails, but their availability was limited. Highly recommend!

Great day charter for my wife and I. Picked up at Scrub Island ( extra $200) instead of tortola. Captain Jorn and first mate Luan were great. They both are friendly, knowledgeable and make you comfortable yo enjoy your day.

This tour company is easy yo work with and we scheduled them the day before, another tour company was much more expensive. I recommend this tour company highly.
