Rooms were large and clean. Be aware they are trying to rebuild, so it will be noisy. They don’t stare until 8 or 8:30 so it’s not super early. They are very polite and try not to intrude as much as possible. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. It you want a beach front you don’t have it here. It’s good to be here a day or two if yo7r sailing out of nanny cay.

Thank you for your review. All construction has now been completed and we have some amazing new hotel rooms to show for it. We do have a beach, only 2 minutes walk from all the hotel rooms, so I am sorry you did not find it. That is also where the pool and Peg Legs restaurant are located. We hope to see you again soon.

Had a wonderful massage by Melody at Nanny Cay Hotel. Strongly revommend her. After a week of sailing it felt wonderful to be treated with the just right (firm) pressure. I wish I had booked more than one hour Swedish massage.

Stayed at Nanny Cay Marina one night and had dinner and lunch at Peglegs, breakfast at Genaker. Peglegs has some awesome ribs. My wife and I ordered a full rack and it was like almost two rack back home, no way we could eat it all and i was sorry we didn't order the half rack, but they were really good! For lunch we had a burger which also was good. The conch fritters, well, I've had better. Genaker for breakfast had good food, but the service way slow and the self serve coffee just didn't do it for me, especially when refills are not free!

Frozen spinach on Vegetarian pizza. Extra tartar sauce seems to mean one in the British Virgin Islands. It takes about an hour for the bartender to acknowledge you when there only five people at the bar.
The host had to help us through dinner.

Very unsatisfied. Booked a deluxe room with marina view in October thru MarineMax charters.
Got here on March 6.....no rooms with a view available. Was told I have to deal with Marinemax. Desk clerk offered no help, no excuse, no apology. Tough luck.

In the end week of COVID quarantine requirements we sailed out of here. Very helpful staff and service to the boat by The Peg Leg restaurant. We also stayed the last night before leaving at the hotel. It was very comfortable and included use of the pool with full bar service on the beach. Helped to ease the total hassle of the BVI regulations!

Just 10 minutes from the cruise terminal (in a typically exorbitant Caribbean tourist taxi) to a nice uncrowded little beach (despite 3 ships in port) with beach loungers and fixed shades (5USD), friendly, reasonably priced (for the Caribbean), feet in the sand restaurant/bar

We sailed out of Nanny Cay marina. There’s still lots of boats sunk in the water still rotting away. The service of the employees is great though and I have no doubt they’re trying hard to appease tourists. There’s lots of restaurants and shopping to do hereto stock up on provisions.

Thank you for your review. The boats in the water are actually not part of Nanny Cay Marina waters but to the north of our boundaries, however we have removed a great many boats and installed new docks throughout the inner marina which was completely destroyed. We have been working with the recovery agencies to have them remove the last of the boats so we can get the barge in to finish our installations which will be completed this summer. We are glad you were able to enjoy the facilities and that our staff welcomed you with good service. Nanny Cay strives to constantly improve both our facilities and customer service.

We spent a sunny afternoon on Nanny Cay. We rented one beach chair ( $5.00) and placed it under a thatched umbrella. Very nice to have some shade for family members who had too much sun the day before. It was a nice spot for snorkeling by the rocks. The bay was quite calm which allowed for some paddle boarding. My daughter enjoyed practicing her yoga on the paddle board. The beach has more of a textured sand and quite a bit of washed up coral and small sea shells. There is also an outdoor bar which you can order frozen drinks, painkillers, beer etc and food from.

the hotel room was ok, but good enough. Roosters everywhere crowing at the crack of dawn. Great bar inside and out. The barbecue was good too. Peg Legs was their finer restaurant and it was just ok but a lot of fun. I'd go back.
