We stayed about 100 meters from smugglers cove. Nice sandy beach with decent snorkeling. Saw some big lobsters but no turtles. Great beach entry with lots of shade to relax. Water was great.

This is a gorgeous beach! The ride to itt can be confusing and it's tough terrain, but so worth it! While in Tortola do not miss out on this gem! Although the drive is intimidating it's safe - just drive slow. There is a gorgeous...More

This beach was absolutely stunning!!! The views were amazing and a great place to go kayaking. The sand is soft and now and then you will find shells. The water has great snorkeling for the younger ones to get started with nice fish to see....More

One of the prettiest beaches I've ever visited. Very quiet with fine sand and safe bathing. Just be prepared for a bumpy journey. My guidebook called the approach road a 'chiropractor's dream'!! And so it is. But well worth it.

Best beach hands down. Beautiful, secluded and clean. No amenities, but it doesn't matter. There is a port a potty in the parking lot. Nigel was there serving drinks which was great. A must go to beach..

You have to travel about 1/2 mile down a bumpy unpaved road, but it's definitely worth it. The beach is generally not crowded due to its remote location and it's situated in a quiet cove. The snorkeling is very accessible right from the beach in...More

It took about 1/2 hour and some fortitude to walk to Smuggler's Cove. If you're not in decent shape--get the hotel to book a trip for you. There's good snorkeling here. Saw a lot of fish and an octopus.

It is always a treat coming to Smuggler's Cove. A bit tough to get there as there is no paved road so it is good to have a jeep. Beach is great white sand and snorkeling on the left hand side is really fun. The...More

Don't know if you got an answer on this or not. In terms of distance, it's not that far from the cruise port. In terms of the road conditions and logistics, I would allow 45 minutes to and from. RICH
