We had a group of 8 people and went out in two groups. Innoch was our guide for both groups. He was fantastic and we had the best time!! We have used jet skis in many different countries and this was by far the best experience EVER!!! We would use them again in a heart beat. Don’t miss out on this experience. You will regret not using them. The Buck Family!!

As soon as we boarded our 7 day cruise we were informed that we will be skipping St. Thomas and heading straight for St. Maarten instead. I called Innoc and he said it was no problem and he would meet me the following morning instead of Tuesday. The water was a little rough because of the Hurricane passing to the north, but Innoc’s brother Sam agreed to take us out still. We had an incredible and unforgettable adventure around the French and Dutch sides of the island. Even though we were braving the rough waves, Sam always kept us in sight and checked on us. We rode right past a turtle also toughing out the large waves and got to see so many beautiful sights. If you have a few hours in St. Maarten, this is definitely the excursion you need to book.

Took our family of 6 on a private jet ski tour. Had a GREAT day! Took $15 per-person water taxi from cruise ship Captain Hodge's Pier. Short walk from pier to check-in spot on the beach. Our guide (Innoc) did a great job leading us around on a 2.5+ hour tour. He let us go at our pace (fast) and was a great tour guide of the area. Lots of opportunities to stop and swim if you'd like to. Waverunners were in good shape and handled well in the open ocean waters. Had place on beach to lock up bags while we were on the water. Check-in spot was also very close distance to a clean public restroom where you can change if you need to. Would definitely do this tour again!

We came in on a cruise ship. I made the reservation a couple months in advance and had no issue with booking. The place was easy to find. We were the only two scheduled for the tour and they still went out, we weren't told it was canceled which has been done to us before when something was under booked. It took my mom a while to get used to the ski, but the tour guide was very patient. We went at our own speed and got to watch a couple planes land/leave the famous airport, cruised through the bay and got to see a bunch of mega yachts and skied by a few beaches and learned a lot of history on the tour. Our tour lasted 2.5 hours which goes to show that our guide took his time and didn't rush us. We cant wait to go back to St. Maarten and do this tour again and agian.

I had scheduled the 2 hour jet ski tour while in St. Maartin coming off a Norwegian Cruise. The weather that day was atrocious with extremely high winds. I met with the manager Innoc who advised me that due to the weather conditions the tour would be greatly affected. He gave me several options including cancellation. I chose to cancel my excursion rather than get mauled by the raging ocean. Innoc then offered me and my family free use of the jet ski and beach chairs that day to make up for the weather conditions. I was stunned. St. Maartin has not fully recovered from the last hurricane and this man just lost business with me due to circumstances he could not control yet he was offering me free stuff. Unbelievable. I know when I return to St. Maartin I will be seeing Innoc again. I appreciate that he put my safety and enjoyment over putting money in his pocket. This is true customer service. Thank you Innoc!
