I was looking for a casual watch, and stopped in at random. Jeetu took excellent care of me, and the price was competitive. What stood out is the after sales service. Through a fluke accident, the band broke. Jeetu went above and beyond to get me a replacement, and I can't say enough about his level of professionalism and sense of customer service. In an age when the customer is so often not considered after the sale, it's a refreshing change to find someone who does it right.

My wife and I went into the store cause I was looking for a watch. Jeetu, one of the store owners, was helping me choose the best watch for my needs. Since I am in construction, I needed a watch that was durable and would last for a long time. I chose a citizen pro master watch. I did compare other stores pricing on the same product, and Majesty Jewelers was the best. My wife was talking with Simran regarding a ring she was looking at. Simran was VERY helpful in helping my wife choose the correct ring that would fit her other jewelry. I have traveled to other Caribbean locations, and have talked to many jewelry store retailers. Jeetu and Simran made us feel comfortable and made our purchase seamless. I would recommend anyone whom reads this, and if you’re in Saint Maarten, to visit their store. If you’re in the market for jewelry, they are the best value and styles.

Thrilled with the ring I always knew I wakted but had never found!! Charlie was easy to work with, low pressure and knowledgeable about his products. He was proud and confident of the Kabana jewelry and the pink mother of pearl rose gold ring I now proudly wear! We looked and left and continued to shop all around and NOTHING came close to what they had! We will be back here next time and for years to come! Thanks Charlie!!

I came in for a replacement ring for my husband, they were very helpful the price was great, free sizing. They gave me a free cleaning on my own ring at no additional cost. I was on a cruise and would definitely recommend to anyone that stops at this port.

My husband and I recently visited Majesty Jewelers in St. Maarten in search of a particular watch my husband wanted. Not only did they have the exact watch that several other stores didn't, and said we probably wouldn't find, Josh was helped by Prash, who we have worked with before on other purchases. It's so nice to see a familiar face! And as an added bonus, I was lucky enough to get 2 matching anniversary bands that are absolutely stunning!! JB was amazing! He helped me find the perfect band that compliments my wedding set, he located the second band from one of their other locations and had it shipped to me, he had my other rings sent to their jeweler to be inspected and have the rhodium (white gold) touched up and cleaned and had them back a few hours later. JB and Prash gave us a wonderful deal and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchases. We will definitely visit Majesty Jewelers again and will always look for Prash and JB! They were nothing short of SUPERB!
