Finally got back to St. Martin on a cruise and went immediately to see Jack at Majesty Jewelers. Walking in the door felt like being at a friend's place that you haven't seen in a long time. Jack recognized us right away and asked how we had been. We introduced our friends to him that were interested in watches. He helped them right away and they got just exactly what they wanted. He asked what we were interested in and helped us as well as the other couple that was also with us. We were all extremely happy with the service. Jack introduced us to the owner, who happened to be there that morning and told him we were long time customers and brought all our friends there. The owner very graciously said he would like to buy the seven of us lunch and made reservations for us at a quaint, delightful French restaurant just down the street. It was absolutely delicious and we will definitely go back there next time we go see Jack. He offers amazing deals and everyone in the store is so easy to work with. Check them out yourself@

My story is about the ease of buying jewelry from Majesty Jewelry from the comfort of your home. My husband and I decided to convert a 5-diamond anniversary ring into an xfinity ring in honor of our 50th Wedding Anniversary. I simply contacted Sam Lalwani at Majesty via email and told him what we wanted to do. He took it from there and made the whole process very easy. He kept us informed at every step of the way, so we never felt uneasy. We have known Sam and bought jewelry from him since he was first in the business; he has never misrepresented anything to us and always provided exemplary service. If you're planning a trip to St. Maarten, don't buy anything until you've compared the quality and pricing at Majesty Jewelry. And be sure to ask for Sam or the store's gracious owner, Ash.

My sister & I had a wonderful experience in upgrading our wedding rings and purchasing several other pieces of jewelery. The staff were professional, friendly and made you feel like home. We had gone into several other jewerly stores over a couple of days and the pressure sell was certainly felt in these other stores. We never felt that pressure at Majestry from the get go we felt comfortable and confident that we receiving quality pieces for a good price. If you are looking for either updgrading your current jewelery or buying a new piece I would hight recommend Majestry.

I bought a total of seven Alex and Ani bracelets, some of which were quite light and just decorative, rather than the more sturdy bracelets. The cost was high and had I checked other sources I would have realized they were overpriced. I will state that it was my fault that I did not have more knowledge, but don’t be deceived that you are getting any deals on jewelry and other items at these ports of call on cruises.

We’ve bought from these folks on our last three trips to St. Maarten and have been pleased with service, Selection and value. On this trip it was gifts for friends and family and they had just what we wanted almost at what we wanted to pay. We bought anyway and as always, are very happy with our shopping!

I purchased a Raymond Weil men’s watch which looks very similar to a Rolex. I really appreciate the time Jay took to understand my needs and answer my questions and then provide me a great price. I had been looking for one of these for a while. I know that Majesty will take care of me long after the sale as I have high trust in their service.

Friendly staff. Not overbearing. Jack the salesman is always informative, helpful and fair when pricing items. He has accommodated us by ordering items that are not in the stores inventory and ships them to our home. We have contacted him from the states and he was able to process a sale via email and either holds it until our return to the island or is more than happy to mail it. I dont like pushy nagging salesman. We have never met anyone in the store who has not been helpful. I highly recommend paying them a visit!

I wanted to get my wife something nice for letting me go to St. Maarten with my friend. I stopped into Majesty & loved the Kabana jewelry they had. All the staff was friendly & helpful, but I was helped specifically by Marcia who was great. I would say the prices are definitely inflated probably due to the tourist/cruise ship traffic that they get, but they were willing to negotiate & dropped the prices down to fair market value pretty quickly. I was happy to pay fair market price because there is no tax in SXM. My wife loved the piece & I would go back there again if I get to visit SXM in the future.

What a nice and friendly jewelry store. We've been here on previous cruises. Jack and Marcia helped us and were so kind and helpful with our purchases. Prices are very fair and you feel no pressure like other jewelry stores. Highly recommend.

So happy I worked with Majesty Jewelers. I'm not a big jewelry wearer but I wanted a simple pair of diamond studs. Simran and her manager worked with me at my price range and helped me purchase a beautiful pair of earrings I love. I highly recommend working with them if you are looking to purchase jewelry while in St. Martin.
