I have bought several pieces from Caribbean Gems. I always head there first because the jewellery is lovely and extremely well priced. This time I bought a white gold and diamond slider for my Omega chain and earrings that I had seen online before we travelled to St. Martin. Everyone is friendly and patient while you are making your decision and the offer of a cold drink is welcome. There are many jewellery stores in St.Martin but go to Caribbean Gems for fair, honest pricing and no pressure. I also appreciate that they have done sizings and slight alterations in a very short time.

As first time visitors to the island, we wanted to make sure that we made the right choice when shopping for jewelry. Yes, we had heard of Caribbean Gems, and yes, we knew they were the #1 jewelry store on the island, but we weren’t sold on purchasing there until we met Amit.
Amit is honest, straight-forward and incredibly nice! He made us feel no pressure to make our purchases, but rather gave us the information we needed to feel comfortable knowing that these were quality pieces and at a price we wouldn’t be able to get back home.
It’s because of Amit that we purchased way more items than we planned to! All top quality, beautiful pieces.
We highly recommend Caribbean Gems!
We are now customers for life!

Best Jewelry store in St Martin

I’ve been vacationing in St. Martin since 1996. Visited a lot of jewelry stores and found that Carribean Gems is the best place to find quality gems, diamonds and merchandise at a bargain price. We always deal with “Peter “. He walked me through each piece and patiently made sure that what I was looking for was exactly what I wanted. I’ve been upgrading my wife’s jewelry, adding stones etc. and with the jewelry shop , in house, the alterations where done in a matter of days and in some cases while we were in town. Save yourself some time when shopping for jewelry and go see Peter. Highly recommended.

I have been back to seeing Rajesh at Carribean Gems many times. I always see & hear other repeat customers when I’m there, that alone says a lot. He absolutely knows everything about the jewelry, is very fair on pricing and honest. I don’t know anyone who has ever bought anything in his shop and was not thrilled with their purchase. His pricing is far superior to anything you will find back home.

Bought a few pieces at this shop from Teena and I have to say the experience was exceptional! We had gone to several other jewelry shops on Front Street and was overwhelmed (in a negative way) with the aggressiveness of the sales people. Teena took the time to listen to what I wanted and she offered options without being pushy in any way. Such a pleasant way to shop! Friendly, knowledgeable, patient, understanding, and above-and-beyond quality service! And I absolutely LOVE my pieces! Very highly recommend her and Caribbean Gems!

Beautiful Jewelry sold by Wonderful People

I would definitely recommend this store and would go there again. We visited Caribbean Gems on the very high recommendation of some good friends of ours. It was a warm day outside and we had walked awhile before stopping at Caribbean Gems. We were warmly greeted and offered something cold to drink before even starting to look at jewelry. The owners Manu and Neelim were both kind and welcoming as were the other staff. The store has beautiful items from our more modest price range all the way up to those more heirloom, splurge treats. Another C-Gem family member, Rajesh made extra efforts to find my husband just right watch. We were encouraged to buy only what we really loved and were comfortable with financially. A great shopping time and beautiful new earrings to remember it by.

We visited Caribbean Gems in Phillipsburg St. Martin. What a fun place to visit! We were offered something to drink while we shopped. Anita was our salesperson and she went above and beyond to get us the right price for a diamond bracelet that I found. A very trustworthy person and store. I would not hesitate to buy something from them from the US. Our friends were with us and they also had a great experience with their salesperson.

Best jewelry store in the Caribbean

There is no better souvenir than your memories made on St. Martin. However jewelry from Amit and his team at Caribbean Gems come a close 2nd. We frequented a lot of jewelry stores to find a quality wearable memory for our anniversary trip and are so glad we met Amit and his team. They are a family run business that make you feel like VIPs the instant you walk in. Most importantly they give FAIR PRICES! No let me call my manager, no wasting time, no games. Quality gems for a fair deal for both parties. Not only that their jewelry truly appraised stateside for more than what we payed.

If you value quality not games and want to truly be treated like a VIP go see Amit. You won’t regret it.

My daughter in law, who often claimed to not like jewelry very much, discovered the treasure trove that is at Caribbean Gems on Front Street. Now is a wonderful time to find that special piece of jewelry. Traffic is light because there are presently no cruise ships disgorging thousands of window shoppers, so customers can get prompt and uninterrupted attention. They have some loose diamonds of excellent quality at awesome prices. It was fun to watch her pick her stone, and pick her mounting to make her one of a kind custom ring. In fact she liked it so much she did it twice! Rajesh was her salesperson, and he spent ample time explaining the difference in color and clarity with the subsequent difference in prices. He actually pulled stone of similar size in various colors and clarities to show her how much difference having a well cut stone can have. If you are making a purchase for a quality investment piece of jewelry, set some time aside so you can learn and explore. I believe that they have earned a new customer for life.

Must Go! Trustworthy & Fair

We stopped in here while browsing around and so glad that we did! They have a lot of beautiful and unique pieces to browse with friendly (and non-pushy) staff. Marc was great to work. He answered all of our questions and gave us space to shop and discuss. I bought a diamond ring and my cousin got an emerald ring. The pricing was competitive and they appraised more than the appraisal certificate we were provided with our purchase. Cannot wait for our next to St Maarten to go visit Marc and find my next gem to take home from our trip!
