If you're in Phillipsburg this is a really fun stop. Interesting and educational at the same time. The story is told very well and it's in a real cool setting. It was really interesting to talk to the staff.. one of which is a "real" pirate. 🤔 After the tour you go upstairs and have their rum punch. Included in the price! All together this is a really cool experience. The "Pirate Guy" didn't know that I fell in love with him while I was there.... But then again he was holding a sword. Probably smart I didn't say anything. 🤷‍♂️

It's a really nice place, it is worth going there. The building is pretty cool, it looks like a pirate ship. The pirate experience is neat and interesting. And you have to try the rum, it's divine.

The Rusty Parrot was a hit with our kids! They had a blast exploring the museum and especially loved receiving free eyepatches. The opportunity to touch a real cannonball added to the excitement. After enjoying a nice story, we headed up to the top deck for refreshments. The presence of a playground was an added bonus for our little adventurers.
