Front Street is filled with shops. Take your time and browse. Easy walk and opportunity to take in the sights. Many stores carry the s Ambe merchandise, but there are some unique ones, too.

We loved taking our young kids to Frontstreet on their trip to St. Maarten. It was a great experience for us all.

A very nice area in the centre of Phillpsburg, incredibly pretty with lots of shops and cafes. Area is usually busy, and quite pricey. A very nice place to visit with family or by yourself.

Front Street and the beach side are both excellent places to shop, eat, or have a relaxing drink. I recommend Majesty Jewelers for watches and diamonds. Lots of great places for souvenirs.

Sharon, The main street, Front St, is about 12-14 blocks. Being from NYC, I will clarify that these are not "City" blocks but much shorter. Strolling at a leisurely pace, you can go from one end to the other in about 1/2... More
