The most beautiful beach I have ever been on. I was in water up to my neck and could see my toes. Not to mention those jets flying overhead into the airport. I loved this beach.

Been here a few times and still make it a must do stop. Small beach with little sand and a lot of rocks. Only a 15-20 foot strand between the water and the road. But none of that matters when your waist deep in the water and a 787 lands 50 feet over your head.

Fun breach, beautiful water go early so you can rent chairs and umbrellas. Amazing drinks good food. But right on the other side of the bar and restaurant is a... More

This is a fun thing to do and see if you like planes. The beach is busy and small as it has come been eroded away but still nice to wet your toes. Then you look up and a plane is flying feet away from you I'm sure you can wave to the passengers. On board. The times of the... More

If you are looking to spend the day swimming and enjoying a beach day, then there are much better beaches in St. Maarten to do that. We stopped here to have lunch and watch some planes fly over us. Very cool experience for the kids, but expect there to be big crowds doing the same thing. An hour and a... More

Planes come in/out very often-the times are on the chalk board at the beach bar! The jet blast nearly knocks one over!! No problem, Mon!!

Water is clear, but choppy, some parts very rocky. Sand feels rough on your feet. If you have small children and want calm waters better look at other beaches.. Try mullet bay.

After visiting her several times in the past on cruise ships, it was nice to finally come here while staying on the island and being able to experience the beach in a more relaxing fashion, and in the early morning and later in the afternoon when its a lot less crowded. The action heats up around 10:00 and gets pretty... More

Definitely visit Maho beach for the arrival and departures of the planes during the day. The pictures you get are amazing! The beach itself is crystal clear and beautiful.

Wow is this ever a neat beach. We experienced a plane taking off and landing in about 45 minutes. Very busy, one lane road leading into beach and paid parking area. The beach was packed but well worth it to experience the planes. We watched a jumbo plane taking off while standing at the chain linked fence. It is a... More
