About
We have now moved to an even better location on the Sulfur Springs Road, The first building on he left as you leave the highway. At the Art Cafe you'll find the world famous "Zaka Masks" in various sizes as well as a variety of hand made local arts. Now listed in the top 20 boutiques to shop at in the Caribbean. We grow our own "Artisan" coffee, high in the mountains above Soufriere. It's harvested by hand and processed in to raw & roasted coffee at the Cafe. We also have a selection of healthy smoothies made from fresh local fruit, such as, Soursop, Mango, Papaya, bananas & local raspberries. The specialty being the "Morning Moringa". Lunch & Dinners are available by BOOKING ONLY. Menus of Fish, chicken and goat made in a traditional creole sauce.

I like going to Zaka's... I feel like it's "my space", simply because I am welcomed there. This morning's coffee was simply unbelievable (because it was just dried and roasted this week). Local's and travelers find their way there. Make sure to check out the back court yard to see the coffee sun drying and the artists.

We came here on one of our last day’s in Soufriere and wish we had stopped sooner. Great French press coffee, tasty omelettes and toast and we enjoyed talking with the owner and locals and looking at the art.

Cool, laid back spot for coffee, live music, and hand made art. Beautiful artwork and hand carvings covering the walls. Friendly and accommodating staff. Local coffee with great flavor, live acoustical music, friendly spot to wait on your catamaran and pick up some local art. Awesome place to end your excursion day in Soufriere

The colorful storefront begged us to enter, and we were so glad! Too hot for coffee, my husband enjoyed his soursop smoothie. I enjoyed the music, the friendly people, and the art. We brought home a brightly colored mask. Definitely worth your a visit!

We stopped into Zaka Art Cafe as we were wandering through Soufriere during our recent stay on St Lucia. The painted wood masks are bright and cheery, and we bought one as a souvenir. We also bought a chunk of raw chocolate, which I have since used to make yummy hot chocolate now that we are home. We enjoyed chatting with the people there and trying the chocolate beans they were peeling. I imagine the coffee at Zaka is delicious, but we are not coffee drinkers so I cannot speak to that.

We recently visited Soufriere, where our independent tour guide recommended Zaka’a for authentic St Lucian Coffee. What an amazing cafe, the artwork is amazing and the coffee was first class. We received such a warm welcome and spent time looking at all the fabulous masks and artwork. If you are going to St Lucia, a coffee break at Zaka’s is a must.
