We ventured to St. Lucia on a friend-cation. There were 6 of us total (3 couples). Jahrod was so kind, welcoming AND informative! He was truly a pleasure to be around and to work with. He arrived at our location on time and took us on a fabulous tour with multiple stops for pictures, souvenirs and baked goods on our way to Souferie. He provided us with a multitude of information about the island and answered all of our questions. He then dropped us off with Monte (sp?) at the trail head to Sapphire Falls who took us on a gorgeous hike through the jungle and to the falls. Monte shared so much of his personal knowledge about the plants, fruits and medicinal uses of both. We tasted fresh fruits, drank from coconuts and enjoyed the waterfall and mud bath/sulfur springs. Jahrod picked us up at the end of the hike with lunch consisting of chicken and beef roti. It was delish! We headed to the dock to hop on a catamaran party boat that took us out for a snorkel and then north to Casteries. The party boat was a BLAST! The crew was so much fun and kept the drinks and music going. We can't say enough amazing things about this excursion! It was an fabulous day and absolutely my favorite part of our trip to St. Lucia. THANK YOU JAHROD!

Jahrod is the best tour guide in St. Lucia hands down! He is very knowledgeable and knows the country well. My girlfriend and I went during COVID and were unsure of how we were going to enjoy our stay. Lucky for us Jahrod saved the trip, he took us everywhere we needed and found us COVID-approved activities for us to participate in. If you plan on visiting St. Lucia I highly recommend using Jahrod's services you wont be disappointed.

Spent 2 weeks with Jarod during COVID and luckily narrowly missed the lockdown which prevented all outdoor excursions for the next 21 days. Bypass booking excursions though your hotel and contact Jarod directly as he is a COVID certified provider and can pick you up at the airport or at your hotel to take you on whatever hikes, waterfalls, and beaches you want to go, all the while picking and letting you sample local fruits, natural fragrances, and spice trees that you encounter. In addition, he supports the locals by taking you to restaurants, food stands, and markets if that is what you like. He is a wealth of knowledge both in the forest as well as in the streets of St. Lucia. Contact him at 758-716-8396 and you won't be sorry!

Be honest. Selling this for $80 per person when it.costs 15$ is silly and dishonest. Then you don't even show up? So we can't get in and there was no difference for $80 vs $15.

The volcano and mud pits are amazing and really great. This company is dishonest and you do not need them. Go direct and save tons of money.

I do appreciate you taking to book our tour and even waiting such a review. Its not our fault that you did not take the time to review the tour discription , which is an all inclusive package. transportation, beverages , creole lunch entrance fees to the site and private guide. Our driver and tour guide was at your Airbnb waiting to pick you all up. When you called stating that you was at the volcano entrance i was able to contact the site manager to allow you in and i was going to take care of the fees. you then refused to enter and decided to pay the entrance fee yourself. I and agree and advised you to file a dispute with your credit card company where i will not even challenge your dispute so you can be awarded your refund . I am fully aware of you receiving the full refund , i find it such dishonesty of you to write such a negative review on us. its not my fault that your didn't not read what the $80 fee comprised of. I deeply apologies for what happened wi which was beyond our control. who do you think need to be blamed for such misunderstanding ?

St Lucia was amazing but we were very lucky to meet Gerrard on day 2.

He went above and beyond to show us around St Lucia taking us to see the Tet Paul Trail, Botanical gardens, Sulphur springs, Mud baths, Hotel Chocolat, Pink plantation house and other local spots.

He was also very knowledgeable, telling us about the history of at Lucia while driving from
Rodney Bay to Soufriere. Which was very interesting and I still remember most of the facts till today !

He was also able to recommend lots of local places To eat and was reachable by phone if we needed anything.

Thank you for making our trip amazing! I would definitely recommend Gerrard as a tourism operator.

Jahrod gave us the best tour ever! He picked us up on the north end of the island and drove us to the south with lots of stops for pictures or experiences, information and history along the way. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. We went through all the beautiful towns, saw amazing views, visited the drive in volcano and sulfa springs and even stopped for a local snack. We couldn’t have asked for a better way to end our trip! We hope to be able to visit the trail he created next time we are in Saint Lucia to see the beautiful waterfalls we were told about. Thanks so much, Jahrod!!

Our waterfall hiking adventure tour with Jahrod is by far our best memory of St Lucia. If you are only skimming this, the short version is that if we only had one “top rating award” to give in all of our travels over the years on trip advisor, we would give the award to Jahrod. The natural beauty of the rainforest and waterfalls were amazing. The hiking was adventurous. But the one thing that absolutely made the experience was Jarod’s personal knowledge of the plant life in the rainforest. Jahrod highlighted so many interesting aspects of the rainforest. We sniffed the bark of frankincense trees. We sucked on the seeds of cocoa pods which are nicknamed “jungle m&m’s”. We learned about the history of medicinal uses by countless varieties of plants. We swam and played in remote waterfalls. Sapphire falls & jungle spa is like the garden of eden. We stayed at Stonefield, and Jahrod arranged a boat taxi for us with his cousin to Anse Chastanet beach and then took us to the airport in the afternoon. Jahrod, it was a pleasure getting to know you and thank you for taking such good care of us! Eric and Chris Logan.

We took the rainforest tour to Enbas Saut trail, which drops down through the forest to a beautiful waterfall on the Troumassee river where you can paddle and have a picnic. It was excellent. Lots of steps down (and up on the way back!) but not difficult. Our guide Jarod is passionate about nature and the forest and knows a lot about all the different species of trees and plants. As well as being a friendly guy. He showed us the shed skin of a boa constrictor, a land crab nestled in its hole and the the St Lucian frankincense tree (Lantan). When the fruit is burst the oil inside has a lovely scent. He took the trouble to wedge a wobbly stone across the stream we crossed so that later visitors would not struggle with it. The drive up and back is very scenic and interesting, passing through hillside farms, with the temperature dropping as you climb. Jarod is very observant and spotted some wild strawberries on the way which he picked for us to taste. All in all would highly recommend this tour and the price was reasonable. After we got back to where we were staying we received some photos Jarod had taken as went along which was really nice.

I was able to change the tour as the Gros Piton hike had been a bit too challenging on the Sunday, so we went to visit Sapphire Falls and the Jungle Spa instead. This was such an incredible experience and I got some great pictures taken of me covered in mud and enjoying some fresh fruit in the mineral baths. The walk to the waterfall was great and I learned so much about the different plants that grow on the island. Definitely recommend booking tours through these guys; their vegan cafe, ALOR, is really good

Jahrod is an exceptional and knowledgeable guide. You can tell that he personally shaped the path and the jungle spa himself as he put so much into the details. It’s done in a way that barely disrupts the natural environment and you think you’ve come upon an oasis that has always been
