We had an exceptional time at the Little Lucian Cooking School. Cooking authentic food the authentic way - and then getting to eat the fruits of your labor. A must see for anyone visiting St. Lucia. Glenn

We spent the day at the Little Lucian cookery school learning to make hot spiced cocoa tea, coconut cakes, green seasoning (a wonderful sauce that can be used on anything) on tuna fish and a cucumber salad. Matilda was fascinating and had been cooking for...More

The Little Lucian was a great way to meet the culture of St. Lucia. We chose this class because they use the traditional clay pots. Come hungry because Chef Matilda and Chef Marie will start feeding you as soon as you arrive. We felt like...More
