Lovely beach. No crowds. Calm water beautiful breeze. Turtles abound and the swimming is perfect. There are plenty of nice restaurants around. We were staying on the bay. I think a hotel on the bay here is idilic.

This beach is not as nice as some of the others, not many areas to put a towel down, but water is very calm and there is a bit of shade. It is a good place for watersports, you can rent paddle boards, kayaks,... There are also a number of restaurants and bars on the beach.

Great spot to stop for lunch but it's not a beach you can sit and enjoy. There is not much sand where you can sit and soak in the sun as the water comes almost to the edge of the buildings. The water is also full of boats and doesn't look as clean as some of the other beaches. Come... More

A great multi-purpose beach. Pretty clean wave sheltered beach thanks to to a barrier coral reef. Several nice hotels and restaurants on the shore if you get hungry or thirsty. Great for stand up paddling and kite or wind surfing if the wind is up. On calm days there is super snorkeling. When there is a big northwest swell paddle... More

Nice beach known for its non-stop wind! Kite surfers love it! Beach is not one of the nicest of the island however, three top-hotels are located here: Guanahani, Sereno Beach and Le Barthelemy. Enjoy!

Aside from Colombier Beach, we found that the Grand Cul de Sac had some of the best snorkeling and swimming. We stayed at Le Sereno and went in the water every morning while the sun was shining directly. Many refer to it as a lagoon, as the water is very calm and very shallow. A reef further out breaks the... More

Nice location and good for kids, but the better beaches are the ones you drive to. We loved Governeur's beach for example. We did take a kayak out here and cross a bit to a nice area to swim in.
